I am on Windows 7. Yesterday I ran an iTunes update and today I receive this message when I try to launch iTunes: This copy of iTunes is corrupted and not installed correctly. Please re-install iTunes. I am woried that I have already lost my music and don't want to re-install.
I found this on another discussion board and it really helped, I didn't have to uninstall anything and didn't lose any music
Restart the PC. If you're using Vista or 7, now head into your Uninstall a program control panel, select "iTunes" and then click "Repair".

Hi few days ago I bought a second hand iphone 5 white 64 gb, and when I try to activate it I see the following message: "This iPhone can not be activated for service.please contact your carrier or AppleCare"
So then do what it says...contact Apple or your wireless carrier.
However your phone is probably locked to another carrier and cannot be used on yours. -
Updated iTunes and when I try to open it I get the following error message:
the procedure entry point ADiAdlD_AcquireMatchSlotlfNecessary could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program files (x86)\iTunes\iTunes.dll.
then i hit the ok and get this message.
iTunes was not installed correctly. Please reinstall iTunes. Error 7 (Windows error 127)
I have tried reinstalling the program to no avail.Try deleting iAdCore.dll from within C:\Program Files\iTunes or C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes then running a repair of iTunes from within the Programs and Features Control Panel.
If that doesn't work see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates. You may need to tear it all down and reinstall as described in the second box.

Assuming you have windows, try uninstalling iTunes and all of its components as by following this guide exactly: Windows XP or Windows Vista/7, then reinstall iTunes. You must follow this guide exactly or it will not be successful. Note: uninstalling iTunes will only remove the application; it will not touch your iTunes library or data.

I am running Windows 7 and have tried to install iCloud. No matter what instructions I follow, I still get the error message "This Apple ID is valed but is not an iCloud account." How can I resolved this?
I've tried both. First, I tried on my pc, where iTunes had installed iCloud when it last updated. I have iTunes installed on this computer (and on my iPad and iPhone), but that wasn't the issue.
So I went online, thinking I needed a separate iCloud Apple ID, but it prompted me for my current Apple ID and gave me the message about my ID being "valid" but not an iCloud account," which, lol, was what it had asked me to do in order to create one. I have tried to view videos created in premiere elements 10 and I get the following message: "this file type is not supported, or the required codec is not installed. When it opens there is a red screen in the monitor panel with Korean writing which also appears in the place of each clip in the video. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling premiere elements 10, but that did not have any effect on the video. Do you have any suggestions? I researched codec, but do not understand them at all.

back the video card driver version instead of assuring that it is up to date.
Since October 2013 to the present, there have been a growing number of reports about display and unexplained workflow
glitches specific to the Premiere Elements 10 user whose Windows computer has a NVIDIA GeForce video card. If this applies
to you, then the “user to user” remedy is to roll back the NVIDIA GeForce video card driver as far as is necessary to get rid of
the problems. The typical driver roll back has gone back as far as March – July 2013 in order to get a working Premiere
Elements 10. Neither NVIDIA nor Adobe has taken any corrective action in this regard to date, and none is expected moving forward.

After re-installing Win 7 64 on my computer, and attempting to install my copy of Adobe Photoshop Elements, I now get the following message: "This version of Photoshop Elements requires MS Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher to be installed". Does anyone have an idea of what the problem is? It has always worked in the past.
I have found a temporary solution, allowing the previous version of iTunes (v. 11.1.3 (x64) in my case) to be re-installed. It will allow you to re-establish use of iTunes until the Apple software engineers fix the most recent disasterous upgrade (v. 11.1.4). I keep getting the following message "some items (meaning all of them) were not transferred because iTunes match is enabled." when I try to drag and drop a playlist, song, or album to my iPhone. This was NEVER a problem before iTunes match or the last iOS update. So what is the deal? Why can't i just add music to my phone from the mac? There is space on the phone. The only way I have found to get the music i want to the phone is to have it download from the phone. This is not something i want to have to do: go through and manually add every album and recreate a playlist on the phone when its there on the mac. And, even more irritating, since the new update, when the phone is plugged into the mac i can't actually view from the mac what music is on the phone. This is incredibly frustrating and any help would be much appreciated in managing my music libraries for each device.

You cannot manually manage music with match turned on on your iOS device. If you want to manage music manually, you will need to turn off match on your iPhone.
