TS1717 when searching in Itunes store receive error runtime error r6025
When trying to search for music in Itunes Store i receive "Runtime Error R6025" Windows tries to repair and ends up shutting down Itunes.
I had the same problem since I updated Itunes. I found a solution that worked for me from a previous post from 2007 (when people who updated to Itunes 7 had the same problem). Apparently you need to find which of your current programs is incompatible with itunes. Here's the link:

Hope this works for you too.

When I updated itunes, I received a runtime error R6034
When I updated itunes to 11.1.4 for windows, I receive a runtime error message R6034. How do I correct this?
Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.
Please note:
Some users may need to follow all the steps in whichever of the following support documents applies to their system. These include some additional manual file and folder deletions not mentioned above.

when accessing the itunes store it is showing error message not connected to internet. But computer is connected to internet. Plz I need help

Hi,
I am going on iTunes and it is saying that I am not connected to the internet but I am. I was on iTunes last a few days ago. Please help...
iTunes is a program on your computer, it is not "the Internet". The fact that the program runs has no bearing on Internet connectivity.
Maybe if a little more information was supplied, like version of the Operating system on the computer and version of iTunes, then a little more assistance could be provided. -

When in iTunes Store sample tunes cut out after 15 seconds - would be nice if I could listen to the entire sample play. I'm using Windows 7 and have latest iTunes software. Anyone have a solution?
I had the same problem, finally found a similar question on here and what resolved it! Hope this works for you..
1st:click START
2nd: ACCESSORIES
3rd: RIGHT CLICK on COMMAND PROMPT *a window will pop up..which will say "Run as Admin." ..you must put in Admin. password*
4th: CLICK CONTINUE
5th: *a black screen then comes up..and from where the words end (it's blinking)...continue from there... simply type
ipconfig/flushdns ...then it the ENTER KEY
Let me know if this works for you. Good luck.

I continue to get r6025 runtime error with iTunes version 10.6.3.25. Have uninstalled and reinstalled twice. Happens when I search in iTunes Store. Ideas to fix?
Hi,
got it fixed! My Son had both files on his Win7 iTunes installation. Never mind he had no issues whith ths iTunes and iPhone Sync. So I checked my other Win XP PC, where I don't have this problem syncing my ipad, and surprise. Both files do NOT show up on this PC. So I renamed the iTunesPhotoProcessor.exe I found under c:\program file\iTunes and synced again my iPhone and it went through without any error. So the problem might be and unremoved iTunesPhotoProcessor.exe or the missing iTunesPhotoProcessor.dll under the iTunes install root folder and this even if I had checked that the folder was completely removed during iTunes unistall.
Please try yourselve and just rename the iTunesPhotoProcessor.exe to iTunesPhotoProcessor.exe_ under c:\program file\iTunes or get a copy of the missing iTunesPhotoProcessor.dll and cp to c:\program file\iTunes. -

ITunes crashes when I access iTunes Store/get Microsoft error message
I run iTunes on XP. I can open/play/synch iTunes just fine.
But over the last two days, as soon as I access the iTunes Store, I get a Windows error message (that iTunes has encountered an error and needs to close, etc.). The event viewer indicates that the faulting module is usually an Application Error ("Faulting application itunes.exe, version 9.1.1.12.faulting module webkit.dll.version 5.31.22.7, fault address 0x000f24de") followed a few seconds later by a problem with the Bonjour Service.
The odd thing is, I can log into iTunes Store to check the details of my account such as credit card billing address.
I reinstalled the latest iTunes but that's not fixing the problem.
Help!Hi jfahlenkamp,
Thanks for visiting Apple Support Communities.

When I open iTunes I receive a message stating: "we could not complete your iTunes Store request. An unknown error occurred (4002). There was an error in the iTunes Store. Please try again". I have uninstalled an re-downloaded iTunes and all its' components as recommended by an Apple support tech. This did not work, still getting error message. What to do?
1. Update iTunes to the latest version. Plug in your iPod. If iTunes still can't recognize it, then in iTunes in the top left corner click help> run diagnostics. On the box that comes up, check the last two things. Click next and it should identify your iPod.
2. Click on your windows start menu. Type in "services". Click on it and when it pops up, on the bottom of it click on "standard". Now Scroll down to find "Apple Mobile Device" Right click it when you see it and click on "Start". When it has started, close iTunes and replug in your iPod and it should show up.
3. Check the USB cable
4. Verify that Apple Mobile Device Support is installed
5. Restart the Apple Mobile Device Service and verify that the Apple Mobile Device USB Driver is installed.
6. If you just want to add some photos, songs and movies from computer to your devices, you can use an iTunes alternative to do the job.
7. Check for third-party software conflicts. -

When I open iTunes, I receive an error that reads "iTunes has encountered a problem and needs to close. Sorry for the convenience." When I click to see the error, it reads "AppName: itunes.exe AppVer: 10.5.2.11 ModName: msvcr80.dll" Why ? I am overly frustrated. Please help. Not exactly sure which operating system I have. It is a dell laptop with xp.
AppName: itunes.exe AppVer: 10.5.2.11 ModName: msvcr80.dll
ModVer: 8.0.50727.6195 Offset: 00026b72
AppName: itunes.exe AppVer: 10.5.2.11 ModName: msvcr80.dll
ModVer: 8.0.50727.6195 Offset: 00026b72Well I was able to successfully revert back to iTunes8. Here's my steps:
1. In Add/Remove Programs I deleted all Apple products (iTunes, QuickTime, Safari, Bonjour, etc.)
2. I then check C:\Program Files\ and made sure all folders were deleted (QuickTime, etc.)
3. I then ran a Registry Cleaner program to make sure all entries from Apple products were removed.
4. I then rebooted my PC
5. I then downloaded iTunes8.0.2 from here: http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/apple/ipod_itunes/itunes802forwindows.html
6. After it installed it said it could use my iTunes library file because it was created with a newer version. So I re-created my library by following these steps: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1451
It took some time but iTunes is now back up and running. And I have all my playlists, etc. I haven't tried to sync anything yet. I'm just thrilled to have my iTunes back! -
