I want to use apple remote on itouch to control
my apple tv. How do i do this if i cant find my original apple

What version of iOS do you have on your iPad (Settings > General > About > Version), and is it connected to wifi ?

Here’s what you need to stream the new iTunes Extras:
Mac using OS X Mavericks v10.9.3 or later and iTunes 11.3 or later
PC using iTunes 11.3 or later
Apple TV (2nd and 3rd generation or later) using Apple TV software 6.2 or later
iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch using iOS 8 or later (You need to connect to Wi-Fi. Extras won't appear if you're connected to a cellular network.)
An active Internet connection
You can use the steps below on your Apple TV, Mac, PC, or iOS device for any purchased, HD movie that features Extras:
On your Apple TV, select Movies, then select your movie to see the Extras menu. Extras aren't available from the Computer tile on Apple TV (Home Sharing).
On your Mac or PC, open iTunes and go to the Movies section in your iTunes library. Double-click your movie. If there's no Internet connection, the Extras menu will be skipped. The movie will immediately play if you already downloaded it.
On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, tap the Videos app, then tap your movie. If you're connected to the Internet via Wi-Fi, the Extras menu will appear. -
I updated the new IOS 4.3.3 on my IPad, since then i Am having trouble accesesing any App. What happens is i cant enter it or other wise it closes as soon as i enter it...i need help solving tris inconvenient.
I have the same problem and I haven't solved it yet. On Friday I plugged in my iPad to my work computer after not having done so for quite a while. Today I went onto the work computer and discovered I had not updated iTunes before plugging in the iPad (and which I cannot do without an administrator password). I guess I will update iTunes and try again when I can get the guy to show up with the password. I hope that works. The reset idea does not work on mine.
Was your iiTunes updated before you tried? Have you found any solution yet? Mail and some internet apps still work but games, notes applications, spreadsheets etc. just begin to open and close immediately.
If anybody has answers I'd love to get some clues. -

With the Error 2, let's try a standalone Apple Application Support install. It still might not install, but fingers crossed any error messages will give us a better idea of the underlying cause of the issue.
Download and save a copy of the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64setup.exe) installer file to your hard drive:

Download and install the free trial version of WinRAR suitable for your PC (there's a 32-bit Windows version and a 64-bit Windows version). Go into the folder and doubleclick the AppleApplicationSupport.msi to do a standalone AAS install.
Does it install properly for you? If so, see if iTunes will launch without the error now.

So this is what happened. my touch got a LITTTLE itty bit wet. and i guess.
so this is what happened. my touch got a LITTTLE itty bit wet. and i guess...it went right into the charger thingie. because after it got wet it started to crackle. YES. i said crackle. kinda like a weird staticky-fire kinda noise. And it got really hot at the bottom 1/4 of the touch. while the rest stayed cool. I heard something about seeing red when you look down the headphone jack..so i did that, and yes i saw red.
my question is, is it fried? can i do anything about it?

Things NOT to do if your iPod gets wet:
1. Do NOT turn it on.
2. Do NOT try to charge it.
3. Do NOT try to wash it out.
4. Do NOT try to dry it with a hair dryer.
5. Do NOT touch it for 3-4 days or more.
6. Do NOT try to take apart the iPod or try to remove the battery as some sites recommend (it is not user serviceable).
After draining it as much as you can, find some silica packs or uncooked rice and place it in a plastic bag to dry out. -

I have just updated my i phone 4s with the new ios 6 software and most of my apps have disapeared when i got to the app store and search for an app i cant find i click on it and it says the app is installed. but i cant find it in my apps if i double click on it it opens. Any ideas?

What happened to the keyboard search function on the remote app? Was the only thing that really made it useful.
I am having the same issue. I can see a dimmed keyboard icon on the top right of screen, but cannot access the keyboard to enter information for Apple TV 2. Is anyone else having the same issue and are there any solutions to fix the problem?

then credit card details will need to be entered before the account can be used to download any item from the store.
If created the account (e.g. you're not in the process of creating it and are stuck on the payment screen) and you are being prompted to review it then you could see if this post by mountaingoatgirl lets you reviewit without needing to enter credit card details : https://discussions.apple.com/message/24303054
If not then you will need to create a new account, and follow the instructions on that HT2534 page when creating it. If you want to use the same email address then you will need to replace it on that account first e.g. by logging into it via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes or via http://appleid.apple.com

Have you set up homesharing on both the Apple TV and in iTunes, are you running any security software on your mac/PC, have you ensured any firewall is allowing access for iTunes. -
