Recently when I open Sonice DigitalMedia Deluxe v7, I get the error message and " On this operating system, in order to start donic DigitalMedia Deluxe v7 you must either physically remove your drive or enable at least one drive. When I check the CD/DVD drive, its status is enabled? Any suggestion to fix this problem?

What Qosmio notebook and OS do you have?
Was Sonic RecordNow preinstalled on your notebook? On my Qosmio F50 it was only Toshiba Disc Creator preinstalled.
However, have you tried another burning application like Nero or CD Burner XP? By the way, few weeks ago I tested CD Burner XP. I was very surprised. Its a very small tool (only some Megabytes) and all important features are integrated in this program. And its freeware!!
If you dont want another burning application you should try to reinstall Record Now.
Last but not least is your CD/DVD drive recognized in device manager properly without yellow exclamation marks?

Settings>Store>Apple ID. Tap his ID and sign out. Sign in with your ID. If you are in iOS 6 it is Settings>iTunes & App Stores>Apple ID.

When I try to set a default for viewing all folders using the view options, it fails to apply this view to all folders. What am I doing wrong?

I open the 'view options', select the mode of viewing I want, click the 'always open in' and push the use as defaults button... this, by all accounts, should work to apply this mode of viewing to ALL my folders and subfolders... yet it does not.

I've had to work on this a little before it "stuck" to my preference; it appears that if you open a folder within a folder and set the option, it will apply to that and any within that, but not up a level. So you need to make sure you have it set at the top folder level and you have it set like this:
Also, if you have a folder in the dock, you will need to either control click it or - in my case I want column view - you need to Command click the folder and it'll open in column view. I've not liked this "feature" since it was changed in Snow Leopard; previously, you could just click on the folder and it would open the way you had it set.

The Adobe updater in CS5 and earlier versions of Photoshop was and remains a totally useless, unreliable piece of cr@p. The hapless Adobe installer and updater team in India did not get their act together until version CS6, then went back to their usual incompetence with Photoshop CC and CC2014.
There's absolutely nothing wrong with your Photoshop installation and you are doing nothing wrong yourself.
What you're going to have to do, is locate, download and install the update you need yourself, following the instructions on the download page to the letter.

Of course, ignore the idiotic recommendation that appears there to try to use Help > Updates. We already know that doesn't work.

General > Settings >Itunes Store > Add New Account (put yours in here)
Then Switch account to your Apple Id

You can create an iTune and App Store account without credit card details
1. Sign out of current Apple ID if you are sign-in to one (important)
2. Go to App Store and select a free app
3. Tap INSTALL APP
4. Create New Apple ID
5. Confirm Your Country
6. Agree with Terms and Conditions
7. Fill in your Apple ID and Password (you must create a new Apple ID; don't use your old Apple ID)
8. Create and answer your secret question
9. Select NONE for Payment Method
10. Fill in Billing Address
11. Submit application for new Apple ID
12. Wait for verification email
13. When email arrive, verify your account
14. Start downloading your free apps

Make sure that your Apple ID is your email address and you do not have any other or old IDs associated with you. Go to www.appleid.apple.com and confirm this info. Make sure that the email address you are trying to sign up with is your primary one.

I upgraded my wife's iMac to Mountain Lion. When I try to set up her cloud connection to sync with her iPad and iPhone, it says it is sending a verification email, but it never arrives. Any way around this. Her phone and iPad seem to already be in sync .

Since you are using one of the the school's Macbooks, it is quite possible that the time and date are not properly set on the computer that you are using. FaceTime will not work if you do not have the proper time zone set up for the location that you are in. This past week, there were a two other Macbook users I've helped by simply telling them to set the Date/Time properly. By the way, you described your problem very well, which makes it easier for us to help you. Hope this solves your problem -- if not, post back and I can suggest other remedies.
