I updated Firefox and now Realplayer can't download any videos( download button in upper right corner of video don't pop up and there is no download option if I right click) if I use Internet explorer it works fine, I also went in to make sure I had it checked to pop up it is?! So it's not just youtube for me its all videos!

When i import movies from my iPhoto app to my iMovie app does it make a copy (thereby using double the hard disk space) or does it link to my iPhoto app? The reason i ask is i want to archive all my videos from iPhoto/iMovie. Do i need to archive the movies in iPhoto AND iMovie? HELP!
Hi - I'm having the same problem with freeing up space on the HD. If I can't free space if I'm using any part of the clip, how can I split up the clips so that I can discard the part I won't use? This is crazy! I have only 4 GB of free space left!
Also, I've tried to transfer the project file to my external HD but I keep getting an error saying I can't transfer it. I've been told this is because I don't have enough space on the HD for the transfer. I tried a similar transfer with another computer with plenty of HD space but the same error occurred. Is there a way to break up the project file into small pieces for the transfer (I'm thinking the whole movie file is just too big)?

Select them in iPhoto and export (file menu ==> export) and use one of the options to set the file name of exproted photos

I upgraded to IOS5 and have lost my contacts and other app profiles - is there any way to get them back from the backup taken before the IOS5 process started?
Thanks but have tried that - When I try to restore I get a -50 error and into a loop of taking another back up. I took a copy of the back up before the IOS upgrade and have it stored on my desk top but I cannot get Itunes to restore to that back up
Any ideas how I can do this? -
I just recently updated itunes and now I can't print the playlist or print a cd case cover. I want to at least print a list of songs to go in the cd case. How do I do that?
beggsc54, There were some printing bugs in iTunes 11.0 which reportedly have been fixed in 11.0.1. If you haven't upgraded yet, install the latest iTunes and try again.

i updated my itunes, and now it won't play any of my music. i tried deleting it and reinstalling itunes, but it still is doing the same thing: whenever i click on a song, it looks like it's going to play (and my last.fm thing starts scrobbling it) but it just doesn't play the song, ever. it sits there, with the play button played. i am so frustrated with itunes, and i have no idea how to resolve this.

I used to use Movie Maker and it would be able to handle lots of file uploads and big projects. I figure iMovie can do the same since it's newer and it's on my iMac. I was working on a project for a few months, it was working fine up until about a few days ago when the project file just stopped working. Not getting any audio or visuals and the screen went grey. I hope to not lose the project file as I've spent a lot of time on it. The project will still show up in iMovie, but it won't play. Other project files will, but this one won't for some reason. It's my first time using this program and I assumed it would be fine, but now it's causing me big problems. Anyone else run into a similar problem?
But it is I jsut can sync, back up files, or anything becuase its stuck at this screene and wont do execute when i click either of those button

Why is iPhoto rotating my photos when I import them from my iPhone?
I have the latest iPhoto software and am using an iPhone 6.
This was happening with my iPhone 5 as well.
When I import my photos they are all rotated once counter clockwise. The only photos that get imported without being rotated are photos that have been manipulated(like Instagram posts, of edited photos or screen shots of my iPhone).
Does anyone have any idea why this happens/how I can stop it? I have thousands of photos rotated once counter clockwise with instagram and edited photos sprinkled throughout, so I can't even select them all and rotate them because then I would just be messing up the photos that imported fine.
Thanks.In what orientation were the photos taken, i.e. portrait or landscape? As a test launch iPhoto with the Option key held down and create a new, test library. Import some photos from your iPhone and test to see if the same problem persists. Does it?

Hi I will really apreciate your help. I have try all I have seen posted.
1) unistal/install again imove
2) Verify and Restore all disk permitions.
3) I dont Have the 3ivx file. only the 2 files that should be in the quicktime folder.
4) I have move.. deleate all projects from preferences, and also from the i movie folder..
So far are all the solutions I have seen. Does any one know about something I have miss??.. Please I really need to make a video. I dont have time machine (my mac is kind of new) 100 days.. so not cover the apple phone call. .Same thing is happening to my iMovie. It just crashes after opening. I don't know why, but I was able to use it a few weeks ago.
I hope we can both get an answer. Otherwise I may have to take it the apple shop.
