TS2446 Account Disabled ... Help... I want to buy some apps
I can't remember how I typed in my answers to my challenge questions and I have a new IPad and it is looking for the questions to be answered and I keep getting my account disabled. How can I reset my challenge questions?
I have been trying since before Christmas to get this resloved...... Apple person called on Boxing day... left me on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up....ask me if I'm frustrated...
Please see one of you triplicate posts for answers already provided.

i checked my device settings and i tried my account with another ios device but result not changed. i still get same error. my credit card address info and my account address info same with each other. i tried my other credit cards but i got same error.

Why can't I buy applications from apple us store except my home country apple store where these applications are unavailable?
Something that you will want to keep in mind if you use the solution the Texas Mac Man link for you. If you buy gift cards in the US they are only good in the US store. So if you have any balance left over you will not be able to use it back in your home country with your home country store.
You will still be able to use it in your US account but you cannot switch back and forth from one country store to another country store until you use the balance that is left on that gift card. Bottom line, if you set up an account and use a gift card, use it up all the way, or you will not be able to switch back to your own store when you get home. Using up a balance on a gift card is easier said than done. -

Then don't give your iTunes account password to anyone who might misuse it. Put a lock code on your iPad.

You can only use US giftcards in the US iTunes store with an US iTunes account. Try Google and find out if you can create an US account.

apple id was originally disabled. I reset my password and can sign into my apple id account. But when i want to buy an app in the app store it says my apple id is disabled again.
It's real easy to create a new one and, in fact, it's too easy. I say that because multiple IDs are a PIA. The problem is that anything obtained from the iTunes Store is PERMANENTLY associated with the ID that was used to obtain the item(s). iTunes items can not be transferred from one ID to another and IDs can not be merged.
The problem arises when you want to update an app. If you're doing it from iTunes on your computer, you must log out and back in to get to the correct ID. Then you update and log out/in again to get back to where you started. It's slightly easier if you update from the iPad/iPod device as there is no need to log out/in BUT you still need the correct password for the appropriate ID. Of course, with a disabled ID, the problem is much worse!
A replacement Apple ID makes sense ONLY if you wish to start out absolutely brand new with zero iTunes Store purchases.
If you're really butting your head aginst a wall and you're reasonably close to an Apple Store, my suggestion is that you make an appointment with the resident "Genius" and get his/her help.
One last thought... If your brother actually got a human on the phone to dispute the charges, go there and explain the problem. Of course, if Apple did not accept his explanation of what occurred, that could be the whole issue. Apple believes that money is owed on the account! -

Please be aware that you cannot "buy some additional GB to [your] iPad"; the storage capacity of the iPad is fixed at the time of manufacture. You can buy additional iCloud storage, but that's not the same thing.
