TS2446 Apple ID still disabled!

I've reset my password and Apple ID several times and am still getting the message that my ID has been disabled. Went through all the steps in the FAQ and still can't get it to work. I know I'm entering my info correctly tho so not sure what else to do.  Have been unable to download any software updates because of it. Any suggestions?

    If you have tried Apple's recommendation to reset your password, and it has not succeeded, then I suggest you contact Apple using the Express Lane (select your country, navigate to iCloud help and enter the serial number of one of your devices)

    Have you followed the rest of the instructions on the TS2446 page that you posted from i.e. if using an iOS device then log out of your account on it by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it.
    If that doesn't fix it then you might need to contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

    We are fellow users here on these forums. Have you tried logging out of your account on your iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then logged in and seeing if it then works ?

    I am needing to update my computer ASAP, however, apparently my Apple ID is disabled. I have reset my password, that did not work. So I updated my payment methods.     It could be disabled for any number of reasons, you should call Apple and ask. It's probably not a technical issue that we can solve, but an account issue: Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support

    I've changed my password after I first gotten the apple id disabled messages on my ipad and iphone, but now it is still showing the message saying my Apple ID is disabled.... However, I can still log in with my recently changed password.  What is causing the message reappearing and how can I make it go away?  Help please!!!!

    If you are getting the message on your iPad then try logging out of your account on it by tapping on your id in Settings > Store and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it.

    Hia everyone hoping someone can help me with this little probablem every time I try to buy a game or song a message comes up saying that my apple ID has been disabled I was wondering if anyone knows how to fix it PLEASE ASAP thank you

    So I have some bad news for anyone going through this "apple id is disabled," garbage.
    I first discovered my ID was disabled on Monday afternoon.
    I reset my password and gave it 24 hours.
    By Tuesday afternoon I was fed up as everytime I tried to go into the app store or iTunes on my iPhone 4, there it was, " your apple id is disabled."
    I called apple.  I went to expresslane and filled out a ticket. I did everything together apple to reset my id. 
    It's now FIVE days later and my id is still disabled.
    I have been back and forth with apple support over email at least 12 times, at least 2-3 times per day.  They will not and can not do anything to help us. Please see below for two of their responses that were the most informative out of our ongoing dialogue for the last few days:
    Response 1 (Day 1)
    I regret to inform you that we are currently unable to reset passwords, accounts, or security questions. This is due to our increasing efforts to maximize security on the iTunes Store. Our current stage of operations dictates that we cannot comment on why we are enhancing these various security protocols; we also will not speculate on how long this security enhancement will last.
    Response 2 (Day 5- after I have repeatedly asked to have a manager contact me)
    To ensure that this matter is throughly investigated, I've consulted with a senior advisor. They have informed me that because the issue you are experiencing is part of an on-going investigation that is affecting many of our customers, it does not require managerial escalation at this time.
    ... Basically, even after my complaints and the case I have opened with the Better Business Bureau or Silicon Valley, I am still in the same place.
    They refuse to help any of their customers who's ids are disables at this time.
    If anyone else is experiencing this issue, or knows how to get around apple so I can utilize some features on my phone, please let me know!!

  • TS2446 Apple id is disabled can't download previous apps..HELP!!!

    I deleted whats app and now unable to reload it. Everytime I attempt to do so, alert appears "Your apple id is disabled" ???? :'(  I tried resetting my phone, downloaded new itunes version, tried downloading and syncing via itunes, even changed to a new password for my acount. NOTHING works

    You might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
    Agrer you've reset it you might then need to log out of your account on the phone by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Stores and then log back in for the account to be 'refreshed' on it

    These are user-to-user forums, we won't know why it's disabled.
    If this page doesn't enable it : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
    Then you might need to contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
    If it then works on your computer's iTunes but not your iPad then try logging out of your account on the iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Stores and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it
