See above. My daughter had an iphone on my account. She has not purchaed anything for a while and is required to answer security questions. Cannot rmember wnswers snd us threatening to lock apple id. Help!

when i go to purchase apps, it asks me security questions. it locked me out after multiple unsuccessful attempts. any ideas on how to reset the questions?

Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address set up then go to Express Lane and select 'iTunes' from the list of 'products' in the middle of the screen.
Then select 'iTunes Store', and on the next screen select 'Account Management'
Next choose 'iTunes Store Account Questions' or 'iTunes Store account security' (it appears to vary by country) and fill in that you'd like your security questions/answers reset.
You should get an email reply within about 24 hours (and check your Spam folder as well as your Inbox).

HT201363 why is it asking me to answer my security questions when i am trying to purchase an app?

So i sent a $25 itunes gift card to my friend through his email from my iphone and when he tried to purchase an app on both his phone and ipad 2 it is telling him to put in a sercurity code and answer his security questions when all he's trying to do is redeem the money to purchase the app!! Help me so i can help him lol

Lost iCloud Password. Cant remember answers to security questions and retrieval email no longer in service. Please help

Hi, I have a friend who has lost his iCloud password. We cannot remember the answers to the security questions and we can therefore not retireve an important pages document that is backed up to iCloud. Is there any way to retrieve the password based on the correct birthdate and the username? I can even supply the date (to within 2 days) of when the account was created.
I cannot find any way to communicate with someone at Apple directly, who could help me out.
P.S. We are based in South Africa, so there is no Apple Store that I could go to. Apple itself is only represented here through a 3rd party.

What is the simplest way to reset my security questions? I'm using a new device and simply cannot remember answers to security questions set years ago!
