TS2446 How can I reset my Apple ID without answering my security questions or sending an E-mail to the original E-mail address?
I recently received an iPhone 4 from a friend of mine who got it from someone else (The person is unknown to me and him). The first person didn't tell my friend that the Apple ID was still on the iPhone and he did not tell him what the Apple ID password was before resetting it. This is an issue considering that the iPhone was reset to factory settings, but the Apple ID is still on the phone.
You don't. It's useless. Contact the person your friend got it from. If you can't do that, then turn it over to the police or recycle it responsibly.
There is no way to bypass the activation lock.

Falsifying the information was a violation of the Terms of Service for an Apple ID and iCloud, and if you were under 13, falsifying your birthdate so that you could create an account was a crime. -

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

you can reset the input source to Spanish by selecting the Keyboard pane of System Preferences, selecting the Input Sources tab, and pressing the “+” button in the lower-left corner to select one of the Spanish input sources. The “Spanish – ISO” input source is most similar to the physical Spanish keyboard layout.
