How can I reset my security questions if I don't remember them?
I got my iPhone in 2012 and got a new one in 2013 and also an iPod touch. The iTunes store will not let me buy anything until I answer my security questions, and I do not remember the answers to them. So I need to know how to be able to reset them or find out what the answers are, preferrably via email.

How do you reset your security questions if you do not know the answers?
If you have a rescue email address set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address set up then go to Express Lane and select 'iTunes' from the list of 'products' in the middle of the screen.
Then select 'iTunes Store', and on the next screen select 'Account Management'
Next choose 'iTunes Store Account Questions' or 'iTunes Store account security' (it appears to vary by country) and fill in that you'd like your security questions/answers reset.
You should get an email reply within about 24 hours (and check your Spam folder as well as your Inbox).

how do you reset your security questions when the rescue email address no longer exists?
Didn't the link to contact the iTunes Store staff in the 'Additional Information' section of that article work for you? If you don't already have a valid rescue email address, only Apple itself can reset the questions.

How can you reset your security questions if you have forgot them.?
You may find solutions if you look under More Like This at the right of this page. If not, this forum is for questions from those managing sites on iTunes U, Apple's service for colleges and universities to post educational material in the iTunes Store and hence not the best place to get assistance with this problem. You'll be most likely to get additional help with this issue if you ask in the general iTunes forums where this question has been asked and answered in a number of other threads.

HT201363 How can you reset your security questions if you can't remember the answers?
Hello! my question is how can you reset your security questions if you don't remember the answers?
You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, or clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed in either article, filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

To find out weather you hav a rescue password: Go to appleid.apple.com, sign in, go to manage account and then password and security if you do there will be a link below telling you that you can send an email to it. If not the link won't be there. Hope this helps.

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
