So i sent a $25 itunes gift card to my friend through his email from my iphone and when he tried to purchase an app on both his phone and ipad 2 it is telling him to put in a sercurity code and answer his security questions when all he's trying to do is redeem the money to purchase the app!! The problem for me is that I've never answered these questions ever in my hole apple experience and even if I did, I've 100% completely forgot about them. I then decided to email a link to deactivate my questions however this email from Apple had never come, I'm know left unable to download music, apps, and books.

You need to manage your Apple ID and change your security question there.

I want to know how I am suppose to change my security questions when I have forgotten the answers. I already tried to do it and I had to answer questions before I could change them. I selected my security questions years ago and i forgot how i answered them. How do i retrieve those answers. Reason being i got a new devices and it asks me for those answers to purchase anything from itunes on it.

You canot easily change your country settings. The iTunes Store in a country is intended only for use by that country's residents, and only while they are in the country. To use the iTunes Store in a country you need a credit card (or other card type if acceptable in a country) issued in that country, billed to an address in that country, and also be physically present in that country when using the store. You are also restricted to waiting 90 days between country changes.

If you only have one security question on your account, or if you have a rescue email address on it (an alternate email address is different), then you can reset it/them yourself : If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions.
If you have multiple security questions and you don't have a rescue email address then you will have to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

I have no "Rescue email" contact in order to reset my security questions!! I've been trying now for 4 days to contact Apple/Itunes but I only get sent answers from a support team that say they cannot help me with my problem!!
The thing is that I can't ever remember answering any security questions and without a rescue email, I'm unable to reset them or even set them for the first time!!

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed, filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.
