I forgot one of my security answers and i cant sign into my i tunes store without it because it is my first time what do i do ?

I got some help from an apple assistant on the phone. It is kind of round about way to get in.
Here is what he said to do and it is working for me...
a. on the device that is asking you for the security questions go to "settings", > "store" >
      tap the Apple ID and choose view"Apple ID" and sign in.
b. Tap on payment information and add a credit/debit card of your preference then select
      "done", in the upper right corner
c. sign out and back into iTunes on the device by going to "settings"> "store" > tap the
      Apple ID and choose "sign-out" > Tap "sign -in" > "use existing Apple ID" and you
      should be asked to verify your security code for the credit /debit card and NOT the
      security questions.
d. At this time you can remove the card by going back in to edit the payment info and
      selecting "none" as the card type then saving the changes by selecting "done". You
      should now be able to use your iTunes store credit without answering the security
      questions.
It's working for me ...I just have to put in my 3 digit security pin from the credit card I am using.

Start here, and reset your password, you will receive an email with your new password, then go tomanage your account > Password and Security and change your security questions.

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.

TS2446 itunes will not take my security answers, and when i try to change them it asks me again and it still wont take it, i cant make any purchases. HELP!

I dont know what to do it wont take my security answers when i answer them correctly, and when i try to change them it askes me for them again and still wont take them, and the worst part is i cant make any purchases. Please help its been going on forever. Btw i just got a new laptop and i synced my iphone with it, and for the First Purchase i have to answer the secutiry questions. See my problem?

If you don't have a rescue email address set, then you're SoL.
If you do, then reset your info and check in there.
If not, you'll have to contact iTS, and wait for God knows how long for Apple to complete its pending investigation in this SNAFU.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Start here (change country if necessary) and navigate to 'Password and Security', reset your security questions using the link provided, you will receive an email to your rescue address, use the link in the email and reset your security questions.
If that doesn't help, you don't receive a reset email or you don't have a rescue address, you should contact AppleCare who will initially try to assist you with a reset email or if unsuccessful will pass you to the security team to reset your security questions for you.
If you are in a region that doesn't have international telephone support try contacting Apple through iTunes Store Support.

Forgot AppleID PW/Email/Security Answers and DOB Not Working

I somehow ended up with 3 apple id's with similar takes on my name over the years.
I just updated to Iphone 6, and was successful at logging into 2 of the 3 apple id accounts. I need to get into the last account, but all I have is my apple id user name. I cannot recall the PW, the email associated with the account, or the answers to the security questions. To complicate things further, it is asking for my birthdate and not taking my answer!
Is there any way to retrieve this account? I am trying to download an app that was apparently on my old phone with this account and the new phone is not letting me download this through the itunes store. It is asking me to log in with the old account which I can't do.

You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.
You can restore from a backup if you have one from BEFORE you set the restrictions passcode.

There is no way around activation lock, and no one can help you but the previous owner. If he can't remember his Apple ID ("user name"), he can try to find it as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5625. After finding the ID, he can then reset the password if he doesn't remember it, as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5787. If he is unable or unwilling to do this, you will not be able to activate and use the phone.
