TS2446 I spoke to Steve Friday and still not resolved my problem

Hi I spoke to Steve Friday telling him that I cannot excess my iTunes because I keep getting my security questions wrong so it's now locked its still not resolved don't understand why this has happened as I've been using iTunes for a long time and bought hundreds of songs and never had this problem before  please help its getting frustrating.
