TS2446 I've reset me password and my account is still disabled

I've reset my apple id password and my account says it is still saying disabled.

Did you ever get this resolved?  I can't get any help from Apple and resetting my password didn't help.

    Is this on an iOS device ? After resetting the password you might need to log out of your account on a device by tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6+) and then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it
    If that doesn't fix it then you might need to contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

    If you are unable to remember your password, security questions, don’t have access to your rescue address or are unable to reset your password for whatever reason, your only option is to contact AppleCare(or Apple ID Support), upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan.
    The operator will take you through some steps you may have already tried, however they need to be sure they have exhausted all usual approaches before trying to reset your account, so you should try to be helpful and show patience with the procedure.
    The operator will need to verify they are speaking to the account holder and may ask you some questions that only the account holder could know, and you will need to answer them if the process is to proceed.
    Once the operator has verified your identity they will send a message through to your device which contains an alpha numeric code, which you will need to read back to them.
    Once this has been completed they will send an email to your iCloud email address after a period of 24 hours, so you should check that mail is enabled in your devices iCloud settings.
    Upon receipt of the email, use the reset link provided to reset your password, after which you should be able to make the adjustments to iCloud that you wish to do.

    Make sure your change the password for your primary email address.  If a third party is changing your Apple ID password repeatedly, this most likely means your associated primary email account is compromised (unless you have a verified rescue email address), which means that more than your Apple ID is in jeopardy.

    Ideally, change your primary email account password, change your Apple ID password, update your security questions, add an alternate email address as a rescue email address, and THEN verify it.  If you're able to do this yourself, that is excellent.   While this will most likely prevent any recurrence of this issue, you should still contact Apple to verify there isn't any other suspicious activity.

    Going further, I'd recommend using a different password for all online accounts, and I'd recommend securing any accounts that used the same password as your primary email account immediately.

    If you've just added an address to your account then it will be an alternate/secondary email address, a rescue email address can only be added by answering 2 of your security questions. If you already had one on your account then go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you should see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
    If you don't have a rescue email addressthen you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

    It's real easy to create a new one and, in fact, it's too easy.  I say that because multiple IDs are a PIA.  The problem is that anything obtained from the iTunes Store is PERMANENTLY associated with the ID that was used to obtain the item(s).  iTunes items can not be transferred from one ID to another and IDs can not be merged.
    The problem arises when you want to update an app.  If you're doing it from iTunes on your computer, you must log out and back in to get to the correct ID.  Then you update and log out/in again to get back to where you started.  It's slightly easier if you update from the iPad/iPod device as there is no need to log out/in BUT you still need the correct password for the appropriate ID.  Of course, with a disabled ID, the problem is much worse!
    A replacement Apple ID makes sense ONLY if you wish to start out absolutely brand new with zero iTunes Store purchases.
    If you're really butting your head aginst a wall and you're reasonably close to an Apple Store, my suggestion is that you make an appointment with the resident "Genius" and get his/her help.
    One last thought...  If your brother actually got a human on the phone to dispute the charges, go there and explain the problem.  Of course, if Apple did not accept his explanation of what occurred, that could be the whole issue.  Apple believes that money is owed on the account!

    Sorry to hear about this problem. What site are you trying to log in on? Is it a Mozilla site? Usually you don't need to register or sign in to a Mozilla site to use Firefox. Usually you can just go straight to where you want to go.
