Mi ID de apple ha sido desactivado, he cambiodo mi contraseña y sigue igual!!!! Que debo hacer?

    Your Apple ID has nothing to do with hardware and Apple ID issues are always suppported.
    This is a case for the iTunes Store Support:
    1. Go to expresslane.apple.com
    2. select 'itunes' and then 'itunes store' on the right
    3. select a topic and a subject
    4. click 'continue' and then 'email'
    5. fill out the form and explain your situation
    6. they will respond within 24 hours usually

    I can login to my account with my ID & password, but i'm having a problem to buy a application or update when ever i try. i did change my password too. following messages may appear, " your apple ID has been disabled, contact iTune support, at http://www.apple.com/itunes/storesupport/for assistance.

    Most of the people on these forums, including myself, are fellow users - you are not talking to iTunes Support here, we won't know why it's disabled
    You might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
    If it then works on your computer's iTunes but not your iPad/iPhone/iPod then try logging out of your account on the device by tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it
    If that doesn't fix it then you might need to contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

  • TS2446 Deactivated one Apple ID

    I had 2 Apple ID's. I disabled / deactivated one ID. MY MISTAKE. I had to replace several hundred dollars worth of music. Now, I can not use iTune Match as this computer is associated with another Apple ID ( yes my old apple id ). I must now wait 31 day before I can use the service. My old iTune Match service has now expired as of October.
    Any way I can side step this 31 day wait so that I can sign up and start using iTune Match service again?

    I've tried it and I get 'none' on the payments screen.
    Selecting the first free app that I found, I clicked the 'free' button underneath it :
    I then clicked on 'create Apple id' on the popup :
    Clicked 'continue' on the 'welcome' screen
    Agreed to the terms and conditions
    Put in an email address on the 'Apple id' screen (the email address can't already be on an account)
    And clicking 'continue' to go to the payments screen gave me :
