How do I work through "Your Apple ID has been disabled" on an Ipod Touch?
My child's Ipod touch displays "Your Apple ID has been disabled" when attempting to update game Apps. I have reset the password, and reset the Ipod to factory settings; did not resolve. This began by entering wrong Apple ID password multiple times. Thank you.

If you rest it on your computer's iTunes then try logging out of your account on the iPod by tapping on your id in Settings > Store and then log back in and see if it then works.

I just got my iPhone yesterday. Everytime I try to download anything it keeps displaying "Your Apple ID has been disabled." and I do not know what to do. I sent off my e-mail to Apple last night and I am still waiting for a response.

I just got my iPhone 4 yesterday after having a Blackberry for 3 years. Everytime I try to download any type of application it keeps displaying "Your Apple ID has been disabled." Before activating my iPhone I downloaded the most recent iTunes. I even went back today I reset my password after some minor research made the suggestion. I sent an e-mail off to to Apple last night after their Apple tech was no help at all. He is the one that suggested the e-mail and that he could not help me. I am really frustrated at this point. I am hoping that someone will be able to help me out. I was extremely excited about getting my new iPhone 4 and now I am just over it! Help please!!!

You need to contact iTunes support and send an email by following the link I posted.

I changed my apple id because my email has changed. I've updated everything I can think of on my iPhone. I've logged out and back in and I still get a " your apple id has been disabled" message every time I try to update my apps. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. When you say you have changed your Apple ID, how did you change it? Did you maintain your existing Apple ID via Manage your Apple ID and EDIT it to a new email address, or did you set up a brand new Apple ID?
