You might be able to re-enable your account it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
You might then need to log out of your account on your phone by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Stores and then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it
If that doesn't fix it then you might need to contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

TS2446 "Your Apple ID has been disabled."
Hello. So, I purchased an IPhone 4 today, and created a new Apple ID. I signed into it, went to the App Store, tried to purchase an app, and it came up with the message: "Your Apple ID has been disabled.". I JUST put my $15 ITunes gift-card into that account... I'm not too happy. I have tried resetting my password, signing out and then signing back in, and shutting off and then turning on my IPhone numerous times. Anyone have suggestions on what to do?
It does this on my phone and my computer.Hi ...
It must be for security reasons if Apple disabled your account.
Click the iforgot link for resetting your Apple ID account here > Apple ID: "This Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons" alert appears -

If resetting your password hasn't fixed : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
And then logging out of your account on your phone by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Stores and logging back in to 'refresh' the account on it also hasn't fixed it
Then you might need to contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page -

Because of fraud, my apple id has been disabled. My apple id was my e-mail address. I can't change my apple id to something new because I don't have another email address. am i missing something simple here?
Welcome to the Apple Community.
When your account becomes disabled, Apple provides the following recommendation:
"This message means that someone tried and failed to sign in to your account multiple times. The Apple ID system disables the account to prevent unauthorized people from gaining access to your information. You need to reset your password, following the instructions at the Apple ID website".
Visit iForgot.com and follow the instructions there.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
Providing you are simply updating your existing details and not changing to another account, when you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your computer, you need to sign out of the account from your computer first, then sign back in using your updated details. (System Preferences > iCloud, click the sign out button)
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iTunes account on your iOS device, you need to sign out from your iOS device first, then sign back in using your updated details. (Settings > store, scroll down and tap your ID)
If that doesn't help you might try contacting Apple through iTunes Store Support -
TS2446 This Apple ID has been disabled (for no reason given)?
Due to the message "Your Apple ID has been disabled." on my daughter's iPad she can no longer update her apps. Apparently the status process will not even recognize a password change for the existing account or the use of another account (or different email address) since the process persists with the already existing account. I've tried changing the payment information, password, and account. There is nothing provided at the Apple support web site to assist with resolving this problem which I suspect is over money for an app upgrade that was rescinded because initially I did not recognize the charge. I'd gladly now pay but how?
...... which I suspect is over money for an app upgrade that was rescinded because initially I did not recognize the charge.
Bingo!
The usual reasons for disabling an account are violation of the Terms of Use, or suspected fraud or misuse on the account.
As Gnome suggests, contact them and get it corrected. -
TS2446 My Apple ID has been Disabled! What's Going on?
I tried getting an App this morning, and after entering my password, It told me that my Apple ID has been disabled.
I tried resetting my password, but that was useless. Why is this happening. I would understand if someone was trying to hack into my Apple ID (Which was done before, security with Apple is trash) but why is this happening now?
It appears that it has been hapening to other people too. What can I do to use my Apple account? Other than sell my iPhone and get a Android Phone. (Because it's coming close to this)iTunes Store Support

TS2446 My Apple ID has been disabled but not "for security reasons." What to do?
I keep getting booted out of iTunes with "Your Apple ID has been disabled." It doesn't say "...for security reasons." What do I do? I log in with my password; I'm in and can see my account, but when I try to buy something or download old purchases, it boots me out.
Thanks, I have tried changing the password 3 times to no avail. I will contact itunes support
thanks again
