My iphone 4S was stolen today. I've only had a couple of months and had not downloaded any type of tracking app. Is there by chance something automatically installed on the phone that could help me locate it? Thank you.

If you didn't go to Settings>icloud and turn on Find My iPhone, then you are out of luck. If the device did have this service turned on, then using a computer's browser, log into your icloud account at icloud.com and go to the Find My iPHone page to try to track it.

First update your 10.6 version to 10.6.8 from the software update under the Apple Menu.
This will add direct access to the Mac App store via a new application.
Now launch the App Store from your Applications folder - Its the new icon a letter A formed from a ruler pencil and pen on a blue circle !
Once launched you need to add your iTunes account details or create an account add payment details etc...
Sign in purchase download and follow install processes to upgrade to 10.8 Mountain Lion.
OH and to be safe BEFORE you install backup your current system to an external drive !

       let the device charge for at least ten minutes to ensure that the battery has some
       charge, and then start with step 2 again.
4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen.
       When this screen appears you can release the Home button:

Senior lady needs help getting cordless phones set...

Hello Everyone,
I have been successful making calls on Skype but I need to get my cordless phones set up with my home number on Skype. I purchased a Linksys Internet Phone Adapter and it shows it is getting power. But there is no light for Phone# 1 where I have the phone cord hooked up.
This is the way I have it hooked up:
A/C power to back of adapter
Regular phone line wire in Phone#1 from adapter to my cordless base unit
Internet cable wire from adapter to my internet router
The CD had no instant setup instructions on it or how to get the drivers off. I found the model number but couldn't figure out how to get the required info in to my computer.
Can somebody walk me through how to set this up? I'm an 80 yr old lady and all these PDF files looks like it would take somebody with an engineering degree to figure them out. Do you remember that old commercial....."Help! I've fallen and I can't get up!" Well.....that's sorta me.
Can someone please help me?

The PAP2T is not compatible with Skype's standard service. It is only compatible with SIP providers and is usually more difficult to configure as well. Skype does support SIP in a business environment with additional hardware at a greater expense, unfortunately that solution really won't work for you. The only standalone device that I'm aware of that is still compatible with Skype is the Freetalk Connect Me (Talk-12xx). It is similar to the device you have but it is designed to work solely with Skype's standard service.

Need help locating a wallet case for an Xperia T2 Ultra Smartphone that has a slot on the side for the mini-usb

I realize this board is for Xperia tablets, but I don't see a board for Xperia Smartphones. I do hope someone here can help. I have a Sony Xperia T2 Ultra smartphone. I love the phone, but I purchased a case for it not realizing that the case doesn't have a slot on the side for the mini-usb connector, which means that I have to charge the phone with the case open.
I called Sony accessories, and they don't seem to make a case with a slot on the side. They have a very nice case, but again, it doesn't have the correct opening for the charger and you have to charge the phone with the case open.
I have also searched several websites for such a case with no luck.
Does anyone here know where I can find a wallet-style case for the Sony Xperia T2 Ultra with a magnetic closure (or some way of securing the case closed) that will actually allow me to charge the phone while the case is closed? Please let me know.

It can`t be done in Flash alone you need php.
With the experience level you already admitted to, I strongly advise to stay away from such a project, you will save you and our customer a lot of headaches, no offense.

Need help with transferring phone files

So my girlfriend has an audio file on her phone (a Droid RAZR HD) and she needs to upload it to a computer for a class. Her computer is really bad and so she's using mine, a Mac. I downloaded the Backup Assistant program for Mac and when her phone is plugged in I can drag all the files she needs over to the local content but the transfers always fail. When I click on the transfer log it simply says they failed but it never gives any explanation as to why or how to fix it.
We've tried going bluetooth connection but I have an iPhone and whenever she searches for bluetooth devices my phone doesn't show up in hers and vice versa. I have plenty of space in my Verizon Cloud to transfer it there but her phone is on her parents plan so I can't really transfer her files to mine. It seems her phone is already linked with a Cloud account that isn't mine.
What can we do to resolve this issue? Any tips would be greatly appreciated

Please, i need help with burning phone videos

hi i have a nokia 6280 i have awindows vista and have downloaded nokia video manager i have attached my phone to computer and all my videos have gone on to my computer and are working on the video player but now i would like to burn them on to disc but dont know how to do it if i go on to dvd maker its not compatable if i go on to movie maker it says that a codec is required and i dont know what it is or how to get one can you please help ????

had my iphone stolen yesterday by "mother" and young daughter. Do i have anyway of getting this back? Tried the Find My Phone app and it was disconnected.

If Find My iPhone doesn't show a location, then there is no way to trace the iPhone. Notify the police and your cell service provider, and change any passwords for any online accounts you may have used from your iPod (the iTunes Store, for instance).

I wrote a letter to my son using QuickOffice. Is it backed up with back up assistant and if so, where. If not, how do I transfer this to the computer to print and mail the letter. He is in the Army Basic training so electronic communication is not permitted.

Thanks for your help. I wasn't able to find a way to attach the letter to the email but found and app called "dropbox" free and downloaded to my phone and computer- worked beautifuly. New user: Need help with my phone. iSync on a G3 with OSX 10.3.9

Hi guys, this is my first post on this forum, so take it easy on me. LOL I just got a Sony Ericsson W810. I found out that I need to get iSync. Aparently iSync 2.2 is the program I need. Is this available for my version of OSX? I'm not sure if a new version of OSX is compatible with my G3. Any help? Much appreciated. Thanks.

iSync 1.5 is the version which shipped with and works with Mac OS X releases prior to 10.4 - iSync 2 and later packages are not compatible with Mac OS X 10.3.9 or any release of the OS. With Mac OS X 10.4 and iSync 2, came a completely new synchronization technology: the Sync Services framework.
