TS2446 Whenever I try to download an app, it says my Apple ID has been disabled. How do I not make it disabled?

I am able to log in to my Itunes Store account.
But when I try to download any APP, it says:

I have issue with my account acutely I can't download any application when I try to downloading any application it show my Apple ID has been disabled ,so please I want to get your usual support.

When i try to purchase or update it says "Your Apple ID has been disabled." I have contacted Apple 3 times and they told me to change my password each time and i told them i tried that, but it didn't work.They said they would try to fix it and they never contacted me after that. What did itunes support tell you?
If you did everything it says then you contacted them.

Is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is then you could try what it says at the bottom of that page :
If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorisations have the correct information on file.

I just got my iPhone 4 yesterday after having a Blackberry for 3 years. Everytime I try to download any type of application it keeps displaying "Your Apple ID has been disabled." Before activating my iPhone I downloaded the most recent iTunes. I even went back today I reset my password after some minor research made the suggestion. I sent an e-mail off to to Apple last night after their Apple tech was no help at all. He is the one that suggested the e-mail and that he could not help me. I am really frustrated at this point. I am hoping that someone will be able to help me out. I was extremely excited about getting my new iPhone 4 and now I am just over it! Help please!!!

You need to contact iTunes support and send an email by following the link I posted.

I am having a problem with my ipad 2,i recently updated my software to the latest..whenever i try to download an app.it shows installing then it shows write password
after writing
it doesnt downloadTry this
go to settings/itunes and app stores/tap on apple id/sign out
Reboot ipad by pressing and holding both the home and power buttons at the same time until the apple logo appears on the screen, then let go.
When the ipad turns back on, go back to settings/itunes and app stores/enter apple id and sign in
Now try downloading app again
If that doesn't work, then
settings/general/reset/reset all settings -

A couple of questions.
(1) Do you currently have a copy of the Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package installed on that PC? If so, try downloading the following security update:

Does iTunes install for you after applying that update?
(2) If no joy there, head into your Windows Update and click on the Update History. Have a lot of Updates also been failing for you recently? If so, doubleclick on the entries for the failed updates to bring up more information on each. What error codes appear for you for the failed updates? (Precise spelling, please.) -

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad and start typing the name.
The title of the Console window should be All Messages. If it isn't, select

Whenever I try to download an app, it always says "Cannot connect to iTunes Store", even though I am connected to wifi three bars. And sometimes it just goes blak and quits the app. Right after I downloaded iOS 6 this started to happen. Please help me.
