My Apple ID was diabled. I reset it by answering secuirty questions, also reset through security email. I can login and changed pass. While I tried to download free apps. YOUR APPLE ID HAS BEEN DISABLED. poped up!
Anyone experienced similar case, please share with me.
Most likely this was caused by a changeback.

Hi, how do I fix my disabled Apple ID?

Reset your account password
If your account was disabled for security reasons, use iForgot (iforgot.apple.com) to reset your account and restore access to the disabled services. You can also click the Reset Password or Forgot Password button in the alert message.
If you are an iCloud user, be sure to type your full email address when you're asked to enter your Apple ID. For example, [email protected], [email protected], or [email protected]
If you use your Apple ID to make purchases, you may need to update your settings in the iTunes Store, App Store, iBooks Store, iMessage, Game Center, or FaceTime.
iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Tap Settings.
Tap iTunes and App Stores.
Tap View Apple ID.
Tap Sign Out.
Sign in with your Apple ID and your new password.
If these steps do not solve your issue, contact Apple ID security for assistance:

I am having issues with my Apple ID and iTunes. I can log into the Apple ID with no issues on the Apple website and on my iPhone and computer but as soon as I try and do an update to my 51 Apps that need to be updated it says "Apple ID as been disabled" and I have contacted iTunes and they said that my credit card was hacked so they shut it off. So I tried to enter a different credit card in iTunes and it says invalid. But it is not its a brand new card and I have used it multiple times and there is more then enough room on that card. I am upset because this has been going on for over 6 months now and if i make a new iTunes account all my stuff will be lost.
Please help!!What did itunes support tell you?
If you did everything it says then you contacted them.
From the article you linked:
If the issue persists, you can visit iCloud Support, iTunes Support, Apple Print Products, or contact AppleCare for further assistance." -

Even after resetting my password, I still get message "your apple id has been disabled". How am I suppose to download updates or make purchases?
Try logging out of your account on the iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Stores and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it
If having changed your password and having logged out and back in doesn't fix it then you might need to contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page -

Thanks a lot!Depending on why it's been disabled you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
Or you might need to contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
If it then works on your computer's iTunes but not your phone/iPad then try logging out of your account on the phone/iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it -
