1) What you downloaded should be a packed file (zip, tar.gz, etc) that needs to be unpacked into the directory of your choice.

Could you please let me know if you have tried converting other web pages to PDF and checked if the same issue persists.
How have you been trying to convert the web page to PDF?
Are you trying to convert to PDF directly via browsers or using "File > Create > PDF from Web Page" option in Acrobat.
Let me know more so that I can analyze where actually the issue persists.

check if you have read & write permissions for your music folder. in the finder, right-click on it and get info. unlock the little padlock (you may have to enter your admin password) and change the permission settings if necessary. next, click on the little gear-shaped icon and apply to enclosed items like so
the important part is to apply to enclosed items !

Thanks for the reply. This is the plan.
Open Premiere Elements 12/12.1 to the Expert workspace.
In the Expert workspace, go to File Menu/New/Project and Change Settings.
In the Change Settings area, select the project preset
NTSC
AVCHD
AVCHD LITE 720p30
OK out of there. In the New Project dialog that appears, note that it has your new project preset named.
Be sure to put a check mark next to "Force Selected Project Setting on This Project". And, then OK out of there.
Back in the Premiere Elements 12 Expert workspace, use Add Media/Files and Folders to bring your video
into Project Assets. From Project Assets drag your video to the Timeline Video Track 1/Audio Track 1.
Is there an orange line over the content in the Timeline. See screenshot for orange line to which I am referring.
There should be no colored line over the content if the project preset matches the video properties. But, if you do see
that orange line, then render the Timeline content by pressing the Enter key of the computer main keyboard or press
the Render button above the Timeline.
Do your video/audio now play back in the Edit area monitor in sync?
Please let us know the result, and then we will decide what next.

Open the Time Machine pane in System Preferences. If it shows that Time Machine is ON, click the padlock icon in the lower left corner, if necessary, to unlock it. Scroll to the bottom of the list of backup drives and click Add or Remove Backup Disk. Remove all the disks, then add them back. Quit System Preferences. Test.

Were you definitely connected to the internet at the time? If you don't have iOS 5 on your iPhone then the only way to update it would be via iTunes, once updated to the latest version of iOS you'll be able to update your iPhone without connecting to iTunes "over-the-air".
Before updating however it goes without saying to Backup your iPhone, this should happen by default upon connecting your iPhone to iTunes.

This is the iPhone hardware forum. It sounds like you need to upgrade the version of iOS on your device, though. Plug it in and click check for updates in iTunes.

You should buy Compressor it never fails. It is a must have. I have given up using this buggy Share function and use Compressor all the time.

Hi, arthur260, I presume you've solved this by now, but I came across this post looking for the same solution for my ipod nano. In my case the problem was that I had the box checked to "Enable disk use" under the options for the ipod. It immediately solved the problem when I unchecked this.

Load order for adding files

Each time I add video files to a new project (in PE 11) the files are added alphabetically, even though the files are sorted in the source folder by date. Is there some way to add the files in the same order as they are in the source folder, ie by date? Also is there some way to re-order the files once they are added - other than one by one as they're are about 50 of them. Many thanks

Importing the folder (where files are ordered by date) still results in vids being alpha sorted once imported. The Organiser route works, if I import into Project assets first. But for some reason I can only import up to four vids at a time manually. If I try more nothing happens; ditto trying to import the whole folder. Maybe the software is trying to comply but there is no 'egg timer' or progress bar or such to let me know something is happening. There is also an issue where once I have dragged the vids across into the project assets box, the scroll frame doesn't roll down to provide an empty space for the next batch drag and drop from the Organiser screen. So I need to move to the Projects Assets window and scroll down manually which means the highlighted vids in the Organiser section are unhighlighted. No, it's not a huge deal, but as I'm dealing with about 30 odd vids having to remember which ones I last did is a minor pain; especially as most of the vids start as black boxes in preview. I also have to manually adjust the Elements and the Organiser windows so I can operate. If I have been too lazy to find out there is an 'arrange all' function - my apologies! Being able to simply import the vids in the order they are displayed in the source folder would be really helpful. I dare say this is no big deal for anyone dealing with less than (say) 10 vids. But many thanks - this has helped muchly anyway.
