When i plug my supra ekey adapter into my iphone, I get the message "accessory not supported by iphone". I know the adapter works because I took it back to my realtor association and they checked it.
Try cleaning out the phone's dock connector. A soft dry toothbrush or similar.

You may need to completely remove iTunes, QuickTime, and other Apple software from your system prior to reinstalling. When trying to update apps, I get the message: "Account not in this store,...switch to the Canadian store before purchasing" How to I switch, and how did it even get changed to US store? I don't remember changing anything, and I used to be able to update, no problem.. I have synced with my computer for music - could it have happened then? I changed on the computer to Cdn site, but will it not go to the iPhone automatically?
On you iPhone go to settings-iTunes & AppStore.
Tap user name, sign out.
Log back in with your apple ID and password.

When I compose and send a mail, it gets placed in Outbox and I get a prompt stating something like "relating the message is not supported". Even if I compose a newest age, it says the vey same thing. I just cannot send any response through my mail account. Can anyone help with a solution?
You haven't set up the SMTP (outgoing) mail server correctly. You probably didn't enter your user ID and password for the outgoing server. They are needed even though it says "optional".

When I try to install Time Machine update I get this message: “You cannot install Time Machine and AirPort Updates on this volume. This update requires Mac OS X 10.5.2 or newer.” I have OS X 10.5.8.
It's bundled with 10.5.3 and newer and can't be installed separately on those OSes.

If I go To Internet explore I can open my mail but not on firefox. this started a couple of weeks ago. I downloaded a program suggested by my ban. Some how I ended up with bing on my computer a finally got rid of it . Downloaded the new 4. fireox but still cannot access my mail .It open my mail account but when i click on the mail tab I get the 404not found message with nginx/0.6.32 below it
Go to Add or Remove Programs and look for Anti Phishing Domain Advisor. If you click on "Click here for support information" you'll see it is a Panda program. Uninstall it. Solves the problem. Don't know why the Firefox folks aren't telling people this!

Got a new iMac 27" for Christmas (well a little after) and tried using Migration Assistant to transfer some files. I can't get past a window on the PC that pops up indicating Quit Other Programs Before you can transfer your information, the following programs must be shutdown: Windows Mail Close these programs and run Migration Assistant again. If these programs do not appear to be running, restart your computer and try again.
I've rebooted. I've searched Task Manager - Applications, Processes and Services and there are no references to WMail. I don't or haven't knowingly used Windows Mail and Outlook isn't even installed on my PC. Does anybody know how to get around this without using external drives, USB flashdrives, etc.Lots of fun.... The superdrive in my Macbook seems to have gone off kilter since my install. Now the CD-R won't work regardless of which operating system I use. Normal CD's and DVD's are fine, but any CD-R is taken as a blank disk.
Using an external CD drive solved this problem. -

The new iTunes has a somewhat different look from the previous version. You can get the old look back if you prefer it by doing View > Show Sidebar in iTunes. Or you can adapt to the new look.

Lost messages on iPad 2 when creating new Apple ID on new iPhone and changed it on the iPad
We have got a new iPhone5, and when setting it up the first time, a new Apple ID was typed in, unaware the problemes it would cause.
We also changed the Apple ID on our iPad2, and lost all historic messages at iMessages.
Is it possible to have it restored without a backup?
We have tried to change back to the old Apple ID, but still have not been able to restore the messages.To use iCloud your iPhones and your Macs should all be signed into the same account, what are you trying to achieve.?

Today I bought an iPod Classic 8gb for 30 quid. When I bought it (used) of of a friends, it played music fine, I could listen to it, and it worked ok. So I go home to reset it so I can put my account on it, and sync it with all my music I have (I want to use it when I hit the gym instead of using my iPhone), but when I plugges it in and restored it, it finished the restoration but NOW it wont let me sync all of my stuff on to it, and the iPod is completely black. I restored it to Factory settings, it shouldnt be doing this???? When I plug it in , I get an error that says
"The iPod software update server could not be contacted. The server does not support this version of iTunes."
Makes me pretty ticked off, like honestly how ******* old is this ******* iPod???

Did you choose the wrong back up? There should be a drop box when you go to "Restore from Back up" in iTunes and your iPhone is plugged in, on the Summary page. Choose the correct back up. If you can't find one, and you still have your device, back up your iPhone 4 again and then choose that back up. Or check for an old iCloud back up if you have one.
