I have been using iMessage fine ever since it came out, I have had no problems at all. I've been in Europe for a week now and all of the sudden yesterday morning, iMessage has stopped receiving messages and when I attemp to send one, it says "sending" and the bar travels about 90% and then freezes, then the red icon saying not delivered comes up, and I'm unsure how to fix it. I've made sure everything is up to date, I've even changed my country in my account, the person trying to message me from canada says when they send me a message, it showed delivered. Why did this just happen randomly and how do I fix it?

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons.

TS4268 Why have I been charged for iMessage activation now, when I have been using iMessage for more than one year?

I received a message on my iPhone saying that some charges could be applied due to activiation of iMessage. My question is: why have I been charged now, if I had already activated iMessage and I have been using it for more than a year.

We are basically users and can't really help with activation. So unless a staff member can check in, you need to speak to Customer Service.

You need to take care to use separate profiles when using multiple versions of Firefox.
We will need more information about your problem but mean while maybe this general information will help. Besides telling us about any error messages please also say exactly what you have tried; to fix the problem, and whether you now have multiple Firefox profiles set up.

I have windows 7 and have been using Firefox for the last several months and now I can' open it up for some reason.

I've been using firefox as my principle browser for quite some time. I normally just click on it once and it opens to the home page with google search in the middle of the page. I downloaded some e-mail attachment about a job and that's when it seemed to act up. I ran a scan on my computer and it says there is no problems but I still can't open up Firefox home page by clicking on the fox/world icon.

Getting an error that the iMessage cannot be initialized - why now, I have been using it for the last 3 years?

I cannot send iMessages anymore (have been able to do so for the last 3 years) and when I go Settings / Messages / the iMessage is OFF so when I turn it on it returns an error saying that iMessage cannot be initialized and that I should sign on with my Apple ID, which I did, but it still gives me the error.
Why is this happening and what can be done?

It won't be anything to do with Acrobat.
It may well be something with whatever created the PDF, the settings in whatever made the PDF, etc.
Does this happen with every PDF that you do not recreate by printing to PDF (I presume from Acrobat)?
If this is limited to particular PDFs from a particular application and the creator of the PDF is not an Adobe product, what created them?
If it is just some PDFs, can you upload one to dropbox.com and provide a link to it?

I have been using Pages for several years to do a newsletter. Now, suddenly they won't open.

Cannot open documents in Pages.

You have multiple versions of Pages on your Mac.
When you get the "index.xml file is missing" warning that is because you have opened a newer version document with an older version of Pages.
The difference between the versions is obvious from different screen appearance to different icons (blue inkbottle/orange document), as well as stated different version numbers.
right click on the file and choose which version you wish to open the file with.
You may have up to 3 versions of Pages on your Mac all of which use different file formats but have the same file extension, .pages.
Pages 5 will at minimum alter and and at worst damage Pages '09 files and can not open Pages '08 files at all. It also has over 100 missing features and an extremely incompatible file format. Pages 5.5.2 creates files that can only be opened by Pages 5.5.2 running only on Yosemite and iOS 8.

Try the following:
delete the iWeb preference files, com.apple.iWeb.plist and com.apple.iWeb.plist.lockfile, that resides in your Home() /Library/Preferences folder.
go to your Home()/Library/Caches/com.apple.iWeb folder and delete its contents.
Click to view full size
launch iWeb and try again.
If that doesn't help continue with:
move the domain file from your Home/Library/Application Support/iWeb folder to the Desktop.
launch iWeb, create a new test site, save the new domain file and close iWeb.
go to the your Home/Library/Application Support/iWeb folder and delete the new domain file.
move your original domain file from the Desktop to the iWeb folder.
launch iWeb and try again.
If Roddy's suggestions fail to help continue with this:
1 - open iPhoto and select a couple of photos.
2 - use the Share ➙ iWeb ➙ Photo page menu option.
Give it a couple of tries if the first one doesn't help.

eeverything was fine , but then my wifi button went blue and even in settings the option to turn it on isn't available

Try doing this:
Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset Network Connections
Phone will reboot, you will have to enter your WiFi Passwords again - BUT should resolve the problem.

If you got the Unlocked message it means it was successfully unlocked by AT&T. Apple will not relock or block it. They have no objections to it being used on T-Mobile. It is still under warrantee. Take to an Apple store. They can test it with a SIM from AT&T. If that doesn't work have them replace the phone. Have them verify that the new phone is unlocked. If it does work with the AT&T card then it is a T_Mobile problem.

I have the app "Today is +"   I have been using it for about 2 years. I usually send backup by email to my home computer. I noticed the other day that I have NOT been receiving my backups since July!   When I send it from my Itouch it does give me a "message sent." I have done all the updates and restarted my Itouch and computer. No luck. I have iOS 6.1.3.
