Try your phone number as the password. Or you can contact your cellular carrier for assistance.

It sounds like your iPhone 6 Plus is taking a long time to restore from an iCloud backup. I can understand why you'd be concerned after several days of waiting.
This might happen if your backup contains a lot of content such as pictures or your Wi-Fi connection isn't consistent.

When my husband set up his new iPhone I read a message wrong when it popped up on my phone and now our messaging is synced. Is it because we have the same apple ID? Do we need to change that?
Yes, its best to have each individual apple ids. You can also go to settings, messages, send and recieve, start new conversation from, make sure there is a check mark beside each of your own individual email, not the same one on each phone.

Go to Settings>General>Reset and tap Erase All Content and Settings. This will erase your device. Then you will go through the setup screens again as you did when your device was new, and when given the option, select Restore from iCloud Backup.

Be aware that photos should always be synced to a computer for archiving and that relying on a restore from an icloud backup may not return all (or any) of your photos. Once on the computer, you can sync the photos to the new device...

Try to Restore on different computer with current iTunes. If still problem after Restore, then make Genius reservation or set up service and take or send to Apple for resolution.

Hi All, I have new iphone 4s and want to import my contacts from my old Orange SIM (the contacts have all been copied to SIM). I enter the SIM and select "Import from SIM" in the settings --> Calendar, Contacts etc it looks like Ok but nothing copied,I tried hundreds of time and waited 2 day but still nothing and I again made sure that I do have the Contacts in the Microsim and it is there but cant import? dunno why???

Make sure you enter your Apple Store account with the correct CaSe on both username and password on the AppleTV. Make sure your AppleTV is in fact connected to the internet.

Did you hold the two button down continuously until seeing the Apple logo? If so have your phone checked out by a technician.

New iphone 4 indicates that temporary voicemail password has expired, select a new one. In trying to do so, the first step is to enter current password. I either did not have one, or I don't remember it. Could the prompt mean just to enter a new password?
