TS2755 Since updating my iphone to ios7 my phone will not send or receive imessages. Please help?

Can anyone help? Since updating my iphone to the latest ios7 my phone will not send or receive imessages and is now very slow.
Go to Settings>Messages> turn iMessage off. The go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset all settings. Do a reset on the phone. Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. After the phone restarts, go back into Settings>Messages and turn on iMessage. See if it activates.
Apple has acknowldged an issue with iMessage and is working on an update. Look for that to be released sometime this week.

I have recently been abroad and since returning to the UK, my phone will not send pictures over iMessage, I never had this problem before travelling. I have my wifi switched on and I have checked my send and receive settings. I can receive picture messages through iMessages but cannot send them. Yes I have turned imessage off a number of times and that does not seem to he doing the trick, and it is not delivering them then I have to press on the photo and either chose try again or send as text message, I have had the setting on to not allow sending pictures as texts (so they can only send as imessage) since I got my phone in January and it has always worked until now, I have turned that off to allow me to send them as picture messages now but it's still not working over iMessage, I have also tried it using 3G and not wifi

Try a Hard Reset,
press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
if that doesnt work you may need to do a restore

my iphone 4 with IOS 5 will not mount in iTunes. I think it's due to icloud but i turned icloud off on my phone. Now music in my itunes that i have ripped from CDs cannot be put onto my phone. My iPhone will charge when lugged into my mac book pro but will not mount in iTunes. Also I have Snow leopard on my laptop. Can anyone help.
I have precisely the same problem. The Mac mini will not see the iPhone in iTunes, Disk Utility or Image Capture. My MacBook Air, with a different iTunes library cannot see it either but they can both see my iPad & iPods.
I have tried restarting the computer with only the iPhone connected via USB. No help. I do not see the point in re-loading iTunes if my other machine cannot see it but can see other iOS devices.
All software is up to date on machines & iOS devices. -

Have you tried a reset by pressing and holding the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons?
In the future, it might be best to leave other peoples devices alone. -
I can not swipe and when i go into general i can not page down to refresh. I have to tap once the tap twice to open up any apps on my phone or the make calls.

I checked the settings but I don't see anything unusual. I do have unlimited text and Mms. I'm lost I guess

Since the I0S6 update, my phone will not send or receive picture messages unless it's being sent through iMessage.
I know of other people having the same problem, with different versions of the phone and different carriers.
Anyone else?
I have the iPhone 4 with Sprint.
Friend has the iPhone 4s with Verizon.Check settings/message and make sure MMS is ON. Also chcek that your carrier/your plan allows sending of pictures over MMS

This means that either your firewall/antivirus is blocking access to Apple's servers, or you have used your computer to jailbreak an iDevice in the past. The link above tells you how to resolve this issue. -

I tried resetting to factory and that worked for a couple of hour then I ended up with iTunes crashing again. So I logged out and logged back in and so far so good. This has kept me working for 3 days now so I won't guarantee a fix but it seems to have worked.
Go to Settings->iTunes & App Store click on your login email and select logout. I closed all of my open apps at this time and restarted my phone which was probably an overabundance of caution, but I wanted to ensure any temporary files were gone. Log back in and hopefully all will work for you.

My iphone 4 will not send and receive text messages at random times. My brother has the same phone, lives in the same home and doesn't have this problem. I can't receive messages without my iphone displaying a message asking for my phone number at random times. It happens intermittently. Does anyone know why this happens? I am referring to regula text messages not imessages. I have turned it off and also updated to the most recent software. thanks
I've been an AT&T customer since they were under different names in the 90s and have never heard/seen that. I would check with them. I'd really like to see that error. To get a screenshot on the phone, press the home button and sleep/wake button together quickly and release. You will see the screen flash slightly and hear the camera shutter noise.

i updated my 4s yesterday, but my phone will not work at all now, and will not turn off. It has a itunes image on the screen with an arrow underneath and what looks like the charger lead. i've had it on charge! is there anything else i can do?
Cconnect it to your computer with the latest version of iTunes installed.

MacBook Pro 10.6.8 My @me account has been wiped of all mail, will not send or receive and iCal will not recognise user name or password even though i haven't changed it. All this after a scheduled software update. Any ideas??

The amount of RAM is not dependant on the operating system. It is all about the model of you Mac.
10.6.8 is the version of OS X that is installed on your system. It has no real baring on the amount of RAM that CAN be installed.
Personally I have never had good luck with Corsair RAM. I have always had good luck with Crucial and Kingston.
