I select "bookmarks", I select "bookmark this page" and nothing happens. Doesnt matter if I am in regular mode, or safe mode.

It's Shaunn, the original poster. Thanks for your posting. I'm glad I'm not the only one that's having this problem.
Now that you mention it, I'm having the exact same problem on Facebook as well, when I play Family Feud.
I wish someone would investigate and post a solution to this problem. No-one from Playlist has responded, and no-one "Officially" from Firefox either.
So Mariah, I appreciate you and your post.

There is a hardware problem. Whether it's worth it to you to have no working phone for 2 months until you can update vs paying for replacement/repair now is a question only you can answer.

I am unsure of what version the phone was currently running on before this because I have another iphone that's my primary phone and have not used this one in about a month. I do not believe it was updated to IOS 7.

Your iPhone is in recoverty mode at the moment so to possibly get it back up and running you would need to do a restore as you have been trying. Follow the steps in the article below for the specific error messages you have been receiving. If after following all steps the issue remains book an appointment at a local Apple Retail Store to have the iPhone evaluated.

Try charging the iPhone via a wall socket for at least 30 minutes then try a reset by pressing and holding the sleep/wake button and the home button for 20 seconds (maybe longer) until the Apple logo appears, ignore the red slider. Then turn back on. You won't lose any data doing the reset.

I first thought I needed a new battery because the lights at the back are all off, but shouldn't the computer turn on once the power adapter is hooked up and the light on the Magsafe adapter shows green? I know its probably fried and I need it repaired but is there any possible way I would be able to save the information that was on it. Pictures or videos? Most of my pictures were saved on my i Cloud, but some information had not been uploaded like my videos.
Does apple provide any sort of recovery services?
