I am now having the same problem - I cannot find the SAG/AFTRA screener that I just redeemed - however, it is showing up as a rental on my itunes (on my PC). But it is not showing up yet on my Apple TV. It also has NOT yet finished downloading - so does that mean once the screener is done downloading entirely, then it will appear on my Apple TV?

Hi I was wondering if anyone can help me
Basically my MacBook Pro's hard drive recently got corrupted and I had to get a new one. Most of my files were saved, thankfully, but all of my apps were deleted. I've tried to re-download them from the app store but when I sign in, it tells me that I haven't purchased any apps, which isn't true!
My main concern is Pages, to be honest as I am a university student so having a word processor is kind of essential! And being a student I don't really have a spare £15 to buy something that I've already bought.
I may have just used another Apple ID to purchase all my apps for my Mac, but I have no idea what that was, except for the fact that I probably used the same email address for the Apple ID I know and the one I don't
So to make a long story short, does anyone know how to a) restore my purchases, or b) find my other Apple ID?

And you are looking in the Mac App Store (not iTunes) under the Purchased option?
Also, you are certain that you are signed on with that Apple ID to the Mac App Store (Store in top menu, then Sign In)?

Upgraded to 8.0.2 on 5. Lost all photos in camera roll and photo stream. I used a recovery tool that shows the photos are still in there 'somewhere' but they want $70 to recover them. Any free methods? I shouldn't have to pay for Apple's screw up!

Also, I did a backup on iTunes before the upgrade but after the upgrade completed, it performed a backup that overwrote the last one I did. At least I think it did, there is only one backup showing up in the MobileSync-Backup folder on my computer. Also, in iTunes on the bottom of the screen, the bar that shows how much storage space is being used by what, its number of pics is several hundred more than the number of pics on my phone. The ones it didn't erase were in a different album that I had uploaded from my computer (ironic that the pics that I didn't lose in the upgrade, I already have copies of on my computer). Anyhow, I used a trial version of recovery program called Wondershare Dr.Fone for ios, and while I'm definately not here to promote them, after it did the scan on my iphone, it showed thumbnails of all the missing photos, along with everything else I'd ever done on my phone lol. So I do know they are in there, I just can't afford to pay $70 to retrieve them, nor do I think I should have to as the upgrade caused them to be missing! Does anyone know of a free recovery tool? I never used iCloud, so that is not an option either.

Can't Find TV Shows and Podcast that I Downloaded

I just spent hours downloading TV shows and podcasts from iTunes directly on my ipad. The downloads all completed however now when I go to Video or Podcast, it says there are none.
How do I watch the shows I just downloaded?

Have you checked the Movies and TV Show tabs in the Movies App ?
Check the iPod app for Podcasts.
Check your iTunes account Purchase History to make sure the system says hey downloaded successfully.

Why does my CC app say "You haven't installed any apps yet"? (I have 6 installed)

My desktop CC app doesn't recognize the apps I have installed so I can't update. It worked just fine last month. The apps I have installed work fine. I'm completely frustrated with this pay by the month crap and Adobe's horrible customer service. I just spent an hour waiting for an agent to "Chat". I finally gave up. I'm so ready to cancel CC and just live with my purchased copy of CS6. Can someone please help me since Adobe won't?

There are some things you can try in this thread: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1241806?tstart=0. A very quick summary if you don't want to click through: Try going in to one of the apps and selecting Help -> Update. That sometimes makes them reappear for people. However, if that doesn't work you'll probably have to uninstall and reinstall the apps in question, though you can leave the preferences when you do so. There's some other stuff in there that you can try as well, but those two are the simplest to explain.

I installed adobe cc folowing signing up. I installed a whole load of the apps yet the creative cloud control panel says I haven't installed any apps on the apps panel despite giving me a list of what I have installed on the Home panel. Consequently it is not updating correctly.

I had the same issue with my apple tv 3rd generation. I rented Sinister and selected the "rent and watch now" option. Half way through the movie I accidentally pressed the menu button. When I looked for the rented movie on my apple tv I could not find it. Not even above the movie pannel where "purchased" and "top movies" comes up on the main menu. the apple tv suggests to go to settings>downloads but I don't have that option. I did go to settings> itunes store> check rentals but that didnt work either. It took too long to even check. Thank you because this SOLUTION worked great.
SOLUTION: How to reset apple tv 3 3rd generation to view rented movies:on the apple tv remote: press and hold "menu" to go to the main menu. Select SETTINGS> GENERAL >RESET >RESET ALL SETTINGS. After the apple tv resets, input all your information again and your rented movies should be visible when you cruise above the "movies" section. THANK YOU!!
Apple needs to solve this issue because honestly it took me 3 hours and a half to watch a movie that only lasted 2 BECAUSE I wast trying to solve the issue, reseting and all. blahh.

Clear Safari, then force close Safari and finally reset your iPad.
Go to Settings>Safari>Clear History and Website Data
Now close Safari. In order to close apps, you have to drag the app up from the multitasking display. Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the app that you want to close and then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.
Next, reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

I've been told this happened to somebody else last week, but didn't get a resaon why.

Not all content types are available in all countries, and the UAE is one of those countries where you can't buy films, TV shows, or music from Apple (a full list of what is available where is shown on this page). Ultimately it is down to the licenseholders/distributors to make their content available to Apple to sell in a particular country. you are probably seeing the extended display.. to see ur main display go to pefrences then display steeings and turn mirroring on.

From your OLD computer...
Copy your ENTIRE iTunes FOLDER to an External Drive... and then from the External Drive to your New Computer..
