I dont like home sharing on my computer. Im fine with iCloud to share purchased things with my family. I want to remove home sharing but cant figure out how. Help!!

You turned it on using iTunes. Use iTunes to turn it off. It's either under the Store menu or the File menu depending on what version of iTunes you are using. iTunes- Turning on iTunes menus in Windows 8 and 7. ALT-S accesses the Store menu. I'm not sure what it is for the File menu, but probably ALT-F.

Forgotten Restrictions Passcode Help
You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.

Put it there.
Copy it from your old computer or your backup copy of the old computer to your new one.
It will not magically appear anywhere. It will only be where you put it.

Could you please confirm whether you are using Acrobat 9 pro or standard.
Firstly, you need to deactivate Acrobat from your old machine by choosing "Help > Deactivate"
Then, you can install it on the new machine and activate it from the Help menu with the same serial number.

Additionally, I'd like to be able to take the 2000+ photos out of iPhoto and put them on a disk in a folder. I have managed to export them to the hard disk but it's just plonked all 2000+ photos in a list - not ideal if I want to use it for anything else. And then I have to manually delete the photos from iPhoto. Is there not a quick and easy way of dealing with this?

You should be regularly importing your photos on your device to your computer. That is where all of your photos should be permanently stored. What is on your device is selected when you do a sync to iTunes. Once you select your device, you click on the Photos tab, and select which photos, albums or events you want specifically downloaded to your phone. If they have all been backed up to your computer, then you will be able to select whichever ones you want on your new device.
Contacts would be backed up as a part of the backup process to iTunes. Here is a support article with specific information about what is backed up:
