TS3074 Error 7 (Windows error 126) - how do i fix this?

Every time i start up my computer and plug in my iphone the following message comes up multiple times. In fact, the message comes up with or without the iphone being plugged in.
The program can't start because MSVCR80.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling teh program to fix this problem.

I have tried to install iTunes using the 'repairp option but with no luck. Do i need to delete itues all togetehr and re-install it in order to get it working agin? Aslo, will i lose all my itnes music, audio bookes etc? I do not want to have to download it all over again, even if its via 'cloud'. Please help!

Thank you for your suggestion. However after follwoing all of the above the same issue still remains.
Now an additional message came up saying.
Service 'Apple mobile device' failed to start. Verify that you have sufficiant privileges to start system services.
not sure if that is related to the above new installation but either way i was unable to fix the original problem.
Please can you suggest what else i can do?

I've uninstalled everything labled Apple on my pc withe the same results. The problem is with your software not Windows.

Try restarting everything and then try to sync or reactivate. Quit iTunes, reboot your computer, reboot your iPad and then try again.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

I had a long flight and switched the phone completely off with 30% battery remaining to make sure that I had battery after I landed. However I couldn't get it working anymore. What did the errors say? Can you post a copy of the pdf so we can test out. The presets embed the font, but might be a unicode issue, or one of the few fonts which are copyrighted and do not allow embedding.
What application was the pdf was created from, what settings were used, and if you can outline the fonts. What font or font(s) are the ones reflowing?

When Firefox tries to open another window, I get a failed script message: Script: chrome://tavgp/content/libs/include.js:595 and I get asked to continue or stop it. When I stop it, the new window opens. How do I fix this?

Whenever I try to open another Firefox window (by right clicking on a link or if a link tries to open a window - like printing Google maps/directions), I get a pop-up window that says a script is busy or not responding and gives me the choice to continue or stop script. That is a problem with an AVG extension or toolbar.

I am trying to load the below url and get the dotnetnuke error window. I can access this page in IE but not in firefox. I have installed the newer version of FF, I have installed the firebug and I also cleared my history.

I've had this same problem for a while, but I now think it's a DNN problem rather than a Firefox problem. DNN works fine on my home desktop using IE and my work laptop under IE, and also my work laptop using Firefox. I only get this problem at home on my Dell desktop using Firefox.
I believe this says that we can eliminate it being a cookie problem. IE & Firefox share the cookies, right?
I also found a number of posts on the DotNetNuke site describing similar problems, but they're all regarding implementing DNN, rather than using it.
In my case, I'm simply trying to access a parish website: www.holyspiritstl.org which is implemented using DotNetNuke.
Oh, by the way, one more clue: Firefox on my home computer did work fine for this site for a while. I started getting the error message immediately after using my edit privileges.
