i have just brought a android tablet and i need to upload my itunes to the device to be able to sync my iphone how can i do this and sugesstins will be greatfully accepted.

iTunes runs on Windows and Macintosh computers, not Android tablets. You can transfer your media to the tablet using whatever software come with it from a computer. Your iPhone can download your iTunes puchases from a computer running iTunes, or directly from the iTunes store over a Wi-Fi connection.

    iTunes doesn't sync with any players other than Apple's own. Music, though, is in industry-standard AAC format, so if your Android device supports AAC, you can use whatever procedure it uses to place the music onto the Android. The track files will be located in the iTunes folder, organized (unless you changed from the default) by artist and album.
    Movies, due to the required copy protection, cannot be played on any device or player other than Apple's own.

    Unless you have an Internet connection you cannot access iCloud. You can download your music from iCloud to store permanently on your iPhone, but only when you have an Internet connection to do so.
