TS3212 I am trying to reinstall itunes on my pc. When trying to do so the installer asks me to provide sufficent privileges to start system services. It gives me no other direction on where to go from there.

When trying to do so the installer states" Service Apple mobile device'(servuce Apple mobile device)failed to start.Verify that you have sufficent privledges to start system services. It then does not give me any further info on how to do this. What do I do?

Try a more recent version of my advice. The "for older video cards version" may work when the default version doesn't.

The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach.
