when i download i tunes im asked to open save cancel. wherever i save it saves as a file itunes-setup. when i try to open this file it asks me to open with a program. just want to download i tunes, i had it before, thanks

I want to save a html file to server and then want to open it.
Requirement: I'm having an applet which is having a button named letter. When a user clicks on the button, following should happen --> An event will occur which will read some data from backend system(mainframe) and will store that in a string variable. A html file is created using this data in the body part, and then it should open in a browser.
My problem is how can I launch(open in a browser) this html file.
1) Is it possible to launch this file without storing it on hard drive.
2)To use Runtime.getRuntime.exec(cmd.exe /c start filepath) , I need to store this file somewhere. How can i store this on server?1) Can you please give me an example showing how i can use Jtextpane.For html, JEditorPane (instead of JTextPane is better)

When NOT using Firefox but using Netscape for work, a new tab keeps opening prompting a CONDUIT dialogue. You can't close them as they keep opening.
Conduit sounds like it could be the maker of various "community toolbars." You could check the Add/Remove Programs control panel to see whether you have any of those installed.
You also could try some spyware scanners to see if they uncover any issues. These two tools are highly regarded (and free):

Help! Muse 2014.3 keeps crashing when I attempt to save my .muse file
I have the latest version of Muse [2014.3] Since the update the application repeatedly crashes at the least 'provocation'.
I'm building a multipage website for a client and brought the last file home [I'd been working on it at my office]. One or two of the image files needed updating, which I did. When I attempted to save the updated file I got [and keep getting] a fatal error.
The error message reads: "Dangling Ref or Ownership: BoxPageItem refers to unknown UID, BoxPageItem refers to unknown UID, BoxPageItem refers to unknown UID".
The application then hangs and I have to force quit. This is happening repeatedly and the dialogue tells me nothing about how to fix these errors [3 image errors perhaps, since the current crashes happen after updating images?]. I'm in a serious time crunch now, how can I recover my file to continue working on this project and what is causing the problem? Anyone help me?
Is this version of Muse really that unstable?

I think I fixed it over the weekend. But interestingly, my problem was images inside compositions too.
I did something similar to you, where I didn't let Muse update when the file opens [which was causing the crashes]. Instead I located the images in the assets panel, opened them in Photoshop and resaved them. Then I imported and saved after each one. This seemed to work.
For me, the 'container' was apparently OK, I had the background fill set to none anyhow, so reasoned there might be a problem with one of the seven images [seven in my case, but which one, or maybe all?]. Since then, I've been able to add content and save normally, and this morning I've been able to let the client see the site progress, as promised.

i am trying to download itunes 10.7. i have windows vista 32-bit. when i click on download. the pop up window comes up and ask to save or cancel, and then the webpage says thank you for downloading. it hasn't downloaded it. what can i do to fix this?
I'd first try downloading an installer from the Apple website using a different web browser:

Before update, when i clicked on download link pop-up window would come up asking me if i wnat to open file with program or just save it, but after update i dont get that pop-up window, insted i get window asking me where to save it, how can i fix this problem, because i want sertain files to be opened with a program like it was before update? I have tried every solution i could find, and nothing helped. I use Firefox 16.0.2 on win7 ultimate x64bit
Thank you, it helped alot. I found that my problem was that all programs in applications panel was set to "save file" option and when i changed them to "always ask" it was back to normal, like i used to :D many thanks

In Yosemite Mail, the control click option no longer works when clicking on attachments, that previously allowed you to save, quicklook, and select app to open with etc. Any solutions?

I am trying to update to i-tunes 11.3 but when I download I get a message that itunes didn't install properly, and a reference to error 127. Any ideas?

The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down page in case one of them applies.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.

when I try to save a new file from numbers, I'm given the error of it can't create a file. why would that be?
Try using /Applications/Utilities/Disk Utility to repair file permissions.

I made a mistake when I downloaded Photoshop in my Mac, I removed and downloaded again, but it's in trial mode and ask me for a licence. Lighroom works perfectly, same in my PC Ps and Lighroom works well.

I bought a ringtone on my old iPhone 4S and now on my iPhone 5 I tried to download it for my ringtone and when I hit buy it says I already purchased it and asks if I want to purchase it again. With anything else it just downloads free. It won't simply download. Any pointers to get my ringtone back?

You get one download.
If you have failed to transfer it from your iphone to your computer, then do so. You can then sync it to your new iphone. -

When I opened this pop-up to view the settings (File > Page Setup > "Format & Options": Scale ), the Scale value was 40%. Changing it to 100% corrected the issue I observed.
To my knowledge, I have not been inside this pop-up window before to set the Scale option. Could this value be affected by other actions within Firefox? I noticed this while using v12 which was installed 24Apr2012.I know it worked correctly since that installation, so why did the Scale value change?
UPDATE: I just realized that the Scale option in print preview sets the Scale value in the settings. NOTE TO ALL: This is a sticky setting, not just a setting for a specific output request.
