TS3219 OK so I purchased a few audio books and for some reason they will not load to my Iphone
I need to know how to get my audio books to load to my phone
Did it connect at one point? Does it connect to other wifi hotspots? Did you actually reboot the phone (Hold home button and sleep/wake button together for 10 seconds then let go)? Does the wifi router have the latest firmware from the manufacture's web page? Does the 4S have the latest iOS version?

I dont know why this would happen. Its happened to a few songs. i pay the full price for them and when i go to play them, they skip to the next song shortly after. Please help.
If those are purchased tracks (from ITS) then this is an old problem, and a continuing one.
The two most common fixes are either to work through ITS Support and get different copies of those tracks (they will never work correctly on the Shuffle as they are, and might actually get worse with time), or go through a process of burning those tracks off to a CD and then reimporting them back into iTunes.
Both of these have been discussed at length in these and other forums. Search for those threads and see what you want to try. -
I purchased the Killers new album and for some reason now my computer says it can't find the files. So I tried to download the album again off my iTunes acount but the cloud button won't appear. Does anyone know why this is happening?
These are user-to-user forums, you are not talking to Apple here.
Audiobooks (and ringtones) are currently a one-time only download. I believe that they are all supplied to Apple by audible.com, so I assume that it's them who are requiring the one-time only download restriction. To get it onto your other devices you will need to sync it via a computer. Depending upon what country that you are in, Audible.com have their own app (Audiobooks from Audible) so you might be able to buy direct from them, though I don't know whether you can buy within their app or download audiobooks directly from them within the app e.g. whether they need to be copied via a computer. -

I purchased Karma yoga by yoga specialists from the pure yoga moods album, Om by Wade Irme Morrissette, Sattvam on Asana 2, Ganesh Mahatmantra on Sacred morning chants.
They have all be errased from my computer. Is there any way someone can help me retrieve them or re-download them?
Thank youIf you are in a country where music can be redownloaded, and you haven't changed countries since buying them and they are still in your country's store (and they aren't hidden), then you should be able to redownload them via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage. If they show there but don't have the cloud symbol against them for redownloading then do you still have them listed in the Music part of your library ? If you do then deleting them from Music should then give you the cloud symbol against them in Purchased for redownloading.
If you can't redownload them then do you have them on your backup of your library/downloads so that you can copy them back onto your library ? Or do you have them on your iOS device - you should be able to copy them back it via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases (though again, if you have them listed in the Music part of your library then you will need to delete them from there before Transfer Purchases will work). -

What do you mean by 'not going through' ? If you are getting an error message then what does it say ?

I can't seem to update my apps or make any purchases on from my account. Nothing has changed with my credit card information and for some reason the iTunes Store tells me my information is incorrect. What do I do?
Yes, it's frustrating.
I don't have my iPod with me but, as I recall, the change is done in Settings/Store. That change will apply to NEW purchases. However, be aware that all purchases are permanently associated with the Apple ID that was originally used. Generally, it's only a problem when you need to update an app. IF you do your updating from iTunes and your logged in to the "wrong" ID, you'll need to log out and back in again. It's easier from the iPod as you do not need to log out/in but you do need to know the password.
Unfortunately, you can not merge IDs nor can you transfer purchases from one ID to another. Go here to find out exactly what you have. I have the same problem so I deliberately made both passwords identical to make things slightly easier for me. -

In other words Apple are now so adamant that we don’t use iDVD that they have tried to make it impossible to install.
In response, Old Toad posted this solution:
“You can still use it one all of your Macs. If you get an invalid certificate message just set your Mac's clock to sometime before early 2011 and run the installer. After you're done reset the time back to the correct time.” He added this comment:
“It began after iDVD and iWeb were discontued and they were dropped from the Apple Store. All I can think of is the certificate was set to expire after a certain time period after the intitial iLife disc was released.
I've been able to use the installer even without setting back the date. I just clicked on the Continue button and it would work as expected. For some it would not continue unless the date was set back.”
The latest anorexic iMacs just announced do not even include a CD drive! Proof positive that Apple virtually prohibit the use of DVDs - although the newly announced Mac Minis do include a Superdrive.
Yet, they still include iMovie! Heaven alone knows or understands what you are supposed to do with your newly edited masterpiece - except make a low quality version for YouTube? -

The video and sound was working on my computer two days ago (and has ALWAYS worked on my computer since purchasing it in 2010) but now for some reason I can't play video and there is no sound. I updated software today. Still sound & video not working.

1. Install Adobe Flash Player.
