Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

How can I get POP3 Emails on my iPAD

My principal computer is a PC running Windows XP and I use Outlook 2003 for my emails.I have BT Broadband. I have been trying to use my iPad to get my emails - OK for a while then all of sudden all my emails disappeared from the iPad (though thankfully still on the PC) - I want to use the iPad but a) cannot receive LL EMAILS, AND B) IT DELETES THEM ALL - WHAT CAN i DO?

HT1430 I stopped receiving emails on one of my email accounts on my ipad but receiving them on the computer.

I stopped receiving emails on one of my email accounts.
I still receive the emails for the same account on the computer.
What I tried:
         I deleted this email address and re-created it on my ipad.
         I turned off the ipad and then turned it on again.

I have never had any problems with my mini...I can't open up the camera to take photos? Please help???

Try a reset as indicated in the TS3274 article you attached.
Hold the on/off and home buttons together for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears.
If that does not fix it, please tell us all the steps you tried from the TS3274 article, so we don't repeat them for you.

Check your mail settings. You probably have inadvertently created a rule or changed a setting that makes it so that read emails go to the trash folder

I can't get may email on my iPad the mail server imap.gmail not responding

Same issue in Colorado. And, the worst part is that is impacting my iPhone from receiving any of my other email. My work email (push via "enterprise" gmail) comes through, but my personal email and other POP emails are "Stuck" behind .mac email not being able to connect.
Why can't we get even the slightest explaination?

Hello. I have AV player hd. When I touch and hold the Quicktime icon that is in a received mail message, a prompt comes up "Open in AVPlayerHD". I click on that and a black screen opens up with the following on it:
1--A red line at the top with a short white slider button on the right hand side. There is a time listed at each end of the red line that says 00:00
2--On the left hand side of the screen, near the middle, there are 4 icons, a colored 'x', a dialogue icon, a circular arrow and an 'i' in a circle.
3--On the right hand side there is a + and a - sign with '1.00x' in the middle of the two.
4--At the bottom of the black screen is a play icon plus forward and fast forward icons.
When I press the play icon it changes to a stop icon.
So, even though I have AV player I cannot play this Quicktime slideshow.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Another thing to try is renaming it with a .htm or .html extension.
If that doesn't work either, do you have any other files from your old system? In particular, if you have your old places.sqlite file, you could use that to overwrite your new places.sqlite (bookmarks+history) file.

If you have Mail setup a a client for your Gmail account set iPhoto to use Mail. Then select one of Mail's stationary templates for photos and use it. May not be as good as the iPhoto templates but will be fancier than a plain email window.
