TS3274 I cannot find Restrictions at General Setting? I just buy my iPad last month.

I cannot remove any apps from my iPad. I press and hold an icon, the icons not wiggle, and not one of them has an x in the corner. And I want to setting for that throbbed. I go Setting>General but I cannot find Restrictions?

If it's not too late, see Recovering your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device. As long as you have a backup of the device when the device still held your photos you should stand a chance of recovering them using a tool such as iPhone Backup Extractor.

You should be able to accept this message, it will cause existing music, photos (not camera roll) and videos (also excluding those in camera roll) to be removed and replaced with those from this computer. All other user data on the iPad will be unaffected.

Where do you see this message? I know it can take a few hours to restore from an iCloud backup if you had lots of apps, data, movies, camera roll photos etc on it, but it should not take days and daus to finish.
Have you restarted or reset your iPad since you got it? Not the reset that you are talking about - I mean the system reset. Try either or both and see if the message goes away.

Since you are covered by warranty, I would take it to your nearest Apple store immediately. There might be a problem with the RAM. And, you have 14 days to return the machine, so if it is not an easy fix, you might want to consider returning it for another machine.

What are the hours of operation for phone support? I cannot find them and the phone system just says between regular hours?

Cannot find edqp.properties file, can I just create it manually?

I would like to establish a connection between my EDQ and EDQP instances, both 11g versions. I understand OEDQ server must be configured first so the EDQP processor will appear in the EDQ Tool Palette section. EDQ Online Help says that the 'edqp.properties' file must be created in the [install path]/config/edqp directory. However I cannot find [install path]/config/edqp directory. Instead in My Oracle Support it says that 'In EDQ 11g, the edqp.properties file belongs in the "..oedq_local_home/edqp" folder. When I checked "..oedq_local_home", there is no 'edqp' there. Can I just create the 'edqp' folder inside the "..oedq_local_home" directory? Then can I also just manually create the 'edqp.properties' file afterwards? When I am done creating them all manually, do I need to bounce my EDQ server to reflect these changes? Thanks in advance for any reply!

HT201269 Cannot find "authorize this computer" to re-install apps to iPad after upgrading software.

I want to re-install selected apps, especially those I've purchased, to my iPad after I synced the iPad to my new laptop, and upgraded the iPad's software. Now I cannot do so because my computer needs to be authorized. I cannot find the path suggested in the help screen. My laptop is a PC.

If you are using iTunes 11, first you have to show up the iTunes menu bar > http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5610 You can do this with Control and B keys.
Finally, go to the Store menu (in the menu bar) > Authorize this Computer.

Youtube was removed from the list of bundled apps with iOS. You can download the standalone version from the App Store for free.

After doing ios6 update, my restrictions are set & I'm missing utube, cannot sync my phone, etc. I'm trying to enable it but its asking for a 4 digit pass code & I've never created one. Please help.

I've not come across this section before. Can anyone shed some light on what it does? Currently there is a bunch of apps turned to 'green'.

Restrictions allows the user to limit or prevent the use of certain apps or to limit the type of content that can be downloaded and viewed on the iPad. This feature has been in iOS for quite some time. Read this for more information.
