I did reset my iPad and now I can't access to it, previous access code is not working, how shoud I do to fix the problem?

You will need to restore your iDevice from the same computer that you most recently synced to.

If you took the time to register your software on the Adobe web site, then you can log on and retrieve your serial numbers.
Find your serial number quickly
You ought to be able to retrieve the serial numbers from your first hard drive ... that requires knowing what your operating system is and if the first hard drive actually is readable.
And if none of that works ... well then I think you're way out of luck.
Might I suggest you adopt a new method of keeping track of your serial numbers, not just for Lightroom but all of your software? I suggest you create a computer text file named serialnumbers.txt, containing all of your serial numbers, stored on your computer and in a cloud backup service (like DropBox which is free) so that you will never lose it.

2. Settings>General>Date and Time>Set Automatically>On
3. Make sure Time Zone is correct

Expanding a bit on what Steve said, the YouTube app is not included with iOS 6. Google offers their own app for free via the iTunes Store, though they do not yet have an iPad version. The iPhone version will work, though not at the full screen size. There are also third-party alternatives, one of which may suit you better. Jasmine is one that a number of people are recommending. You can also use the mobile version of the YouTube site

You can connect the iPad to your Mac's iTunes and do File > Devices > Transfer Purchases, that should copy it over to the Movies part of your library.
Depending upon what country that you are in, and whether the film studio allows it, you might also be able to re-download it on your Mac via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page.

You can try calling Apple support at 0800-761-0880 and explaining the situation to them. Perhaps there will be something they can do to help. Try asking to speak with a Customer Relations representative, though I don't know if they have them in Brazil.

If you want to play it on the Mac, you need to buy it again. iOS and Mac OS X versions of applications are separate products.

I fixed it!!
While not connected to any USB cable I put the iPad in recovery mode.
To do that turn the iPad completely off. Press and hold the home button while turning the iPad on, once you see the apple logo release the home button.
Turn on your OS X mac after it boots up connect the USB from iPod to Mac. iTunes should start. If not launch itunes.
Perform the factory restore process paying attention to all of the screen message windows. Then set up the ipad like it was new.

If you still have the receipt or other proof of purchase, you can ask Apple to send you the serial. Otherwise, bad luck mate.. Good news is, you can now buy Logic Pro 9 from App Store for just 199 USD
