TS3274 NEW ipad "Not connected to Internet" ?  How do I resolve

New ipad was connected , I think correctly but now when ipad is on it states internet  not connected  How do I eithe connect to wifi - or be able to contact support without connection?  AND some apps ie. Reminder and calendar appear to be in French all others in English

I do not understand about having to pay for internet. The iPod has no native internet. To connect to the internet it needs a wifi hotspot/router. Are you trying to connect to a wifi hotspot that chargers money and requires a credit card? If so then you need to talk to the providers. If that is not it then provide more information.

  • Ipad not connecting to Internet, but all other devices are

I'm using the original airport express...have a macbook pro and ibook connected to the wireless network and everything works just fine.  Had my ipad 2 connected last night and it was working great.  All of a sudden this morning it started showing a full airport signal but get a "Cannot Open Page...not connected to the internet" message.
In my ipad settings under my network I'm getting an IP address and Subnet mask but nothing under Router or DNS.
I have tried resetting ipad, airport, and router.  Have tried renewing lease, and forgetting network.
I've been searching the internet for hours for other suggestions and can't find anythingt that's working or that I understand.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

  • New iPad not connecting to wifi

Just brought a new iPad and done the usual setup as I have had iPhones for the last 4 years and I am constantly getting wifi issues such as it not accepting passwords to my home wifi which is setup fine as I have my iPhone 4 connected to it and it works flawlessly now this iPad is a total different case.
I have tried forgetting the network
    Reset network setting
    Restart iPad
    Changed router password
    Changer router frequency etc
    Change Router name
The only time I can connect to my wifi network is when I am sitting on top of it with my iPad which defeats the object of of WIRELESS.
This is meant to be the latest thing from apple it is a joke
This needs resolving or it will be getting returned
    Regards Adam.

Yesterday, I bought a new 8Gb ipod touch but after I put in details & asking to pay for internet vis card detail, My card go temporarily declined (got sorted out wiht my bank today) but I cannot go back to card details.
I tried everything to get it connected and I don't know how to get it connected. I tried to get help from Apple support site but cannot get any help from them!

Cannot open my opad it says : Server cannot open page , ipad not connected to internet. All other laptops can open . I am having this problem on and off for the past week. Please help

    Try resetting your router.
Unplug it, count to ten, plug it back in.
You can also try giving your iPad a reset. Hold down the sleep and home keys for about 20 seconds. When you see the silver apple, let go and let it reboot and see if that helps.

How come I can't watch purchased tv show on my ipad if not connected to Internet?

There are two kinds of content, streaming and downloaded. If your show is a streaming show you have to be on the internet to view it. (akin to you not being able to watch youtube videos without being on the net)
Downloaded files can be watched anytime (within the constraints of the DRM of course)
