TS3274 Pictures don't display on video apps

I am trying to watch video on Sky go and bbc iplayer, but with both apps the sound plays, but the video screen is blank. Any ideas how to rectify?

Try this. Close all apps and reboot the iPad.
Tap the home button once. Then tap the home button twice and the recents tray will appear at the bottom of the screen. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button twice.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

Videos not displayed in Videos app

Back when I updated to iOS 6 some videos disappeared from the Videos app. Now I realize that the videos show in the movies section under "On this iPad" in iTunes when I connect, which I don't do very often. I can actually play the videos in iTunes but I can't delete them. Since I can't find them on the iPad I can't delete them there either. The videos together take up about 1.3 GB and I'd like to recover that space. I tried creating some new videos with the same name to see if they would show up but that didn't work. Any idea how to remove these hidden videos?

I decided to take the plunge and restore the iPad mini as new. Pain in the rear end having to log in to all of the apps that I reinstalled. Oh well. FaceTime now works. On the whole the iPad runs more smoothly. Running iOS 8.1.2. I still have issue with artwork not displaying on some of the video files that I had synced to the iPad mini from my iMac through iTunes. The problem is only with artwork that I had associated to the files. The same file won't show it's artwork on my iPhone 4s running iOS 8.1.2 either. Yet, when I sync that same video file to my iPod Touch 4G running iOS 6.1.6, the artwork displays correctly as I had associated it in iTunes. This leads me to conclude that the problem lies in the iOS 8 upgrade.

Downloaded Videos Don't Appear in Video App on iPad

Please help, I've tried to research this everywhere and can't find an answer. I have purchased and downloaded many shows from the itunes store onto my iPad 2 and have previously successfully watched them.
All of a sudden, not sure when, all the videos have disappeared from my Video App. Every time I check the App it says there are "No Videos" and that I can download videos from the the iTunes Store.
I have tried to re-download previous purchases SEVERAL times and each time it indicates that it is downloading and then it completes but they are STILL not in my the Video App. Strange thing is that when I plug in my iPad onto my PC, the videos appear on my iPad icon there and I can watch the videos on my PC but can't find them on my iPad. I have tried to resync my iPad many times and transfer the videos from my Library back onto my iPad but each time the Video App is STILL empty.
I know my iPad works because I have watched downloaded vidoes before. I'm just not sure where they went and when it happened, whether it was after I updated my OS or when my iPad power went down to 0% and shut down.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

It sounds like you don't have videos actually on your device, but you use your device to stream those videos through a service to watch them on your device. What service are you using for your videos?

Rented movie; will not display; native video app will not display any of my videos

I rented a movie last night using the iTunes Store app on my iPad. The movie just barely started, then froze. Now the native video app doesn't work at all. I can tell that it's "on" when I touch the "video" app -- the screen displays nothing, but it's dimly lit. Help! Has anyone else had this problem?

Carolyn: I was able, through more research in the discussion groups, to find a solution that resolved my problem! In the HD>applications folder>safari>get info I checked the "open in 32 bit mode" box. Then I went to Adobe Reader>preferences>Internet and unchecked the box "display PDF in browser using" [Adobe Reader 9.3.3]. I then closed my Safari Browser, restarted the computer and, happy days are here again! On my older G5 I only had to set the preferences on the Adobe Preferences, as Safari 5.0.1 only appears to work in 32 bit mode, as the 32 bit mode check box was not there. You may want to pass this on to other users with the same or similar problems.

TV shows don't appear in videos app?

Do I have to sync iTunes to make them appear? If so, how? They're in my purchased but not in videos..any other way of playing them?

Oh yeah theyre definitely downloaded. Oh well I've been able to find them using the search bar, they're still not in the videos app though. Thanks anyway

My pictures don't display in albums

Hello folks. I have jus moved from a Samsung s3 to a z1 compact.
One thing that is annoying me is that on my s3 I had organised all my pictures in albums on my memory card.
I have transferred this card to my z1 compact and the photos are in albums on it. The only problem is that the my albums app won't recognise this and just shows then as 2000 individual photos. How can I get the albums to display?

Open the app My Album - Select at the top if needed My albums or if you are on the page with the squares saying Camera albums - Internal memory or My SD card etc then selecting your SD card should open your photo's in the folders you mention

Image Viewer Pictures Don't Display

I've attempted to use Image Viewer in DW CS3. Flash element
and pics all stored in same folder within the same site. I've
updated the parameter item to list the pics(.jpg only) I want
displayed. When I press the 'Play' button in DW or preview page in
IE, pics don't show. Anyone have a similar issue and
solution?

I'm new to this, so by 'page' I assumed you meant the code?

Apps don't display in desktop app

On my desktop application for CC, the apps tab has an error reading and won't display apps.

You may want to whitelist the Site/Port information used by Creative Cloud for teams and Creative Cloud for enterprise.
The following host/port combinations may need to be whitelisted when logging in with an Adobe ID to download, install, and activate licensing for applications via a Creative Cloud membership.

Smart Albums don't display in Photos App, only when edit Contacts Photo

I created a Smart Photo Album on my Macbook Pro and synced it to my iPhone4. When I open the Photos App, the smart album isn't listed but when I edit a Contact's photo by clicking on the Choose Photo button, the Smart Album is listed along with all the other albums.
But when I just go to the Photos App on it's own, the Smart Album is still not there.
Anyone have a similar problem?

TS3274 when I click on the video app, the screen goes black

When I click on the Video Button, the screen appears black. I just synced my iPad and it is still not working. Any suggestions?

try to restart iPad > hold sleep/wake button on top right till u see slide to power off, if it wont resolve it
try reset > press sleep/wake button and home button altogether, disregard slide to powr off... wait for the apple logo then release the two buttons

Pictures don't display on web pages

when visiting a web page that shows product pictures, none of the pictures show up. This does not happen in IE for windows.

Click the favicon to the left of the URL, click "More Information" and then click the "Media" button. Make sure that "Block images from (name of site)" is not checkmarked.
A "favicon" is the logo the site uses by the way. So on this forum, the favicon is the blue "mozilla" you see to the left of the URL.
If it looks OK, try running Firefox in [[Safe Mode]]. If it functions properly in that configuration, then one of your add-ons is the culprit.
I notice also that some of your plugins are out of date which might influence the way Firefox behaves. Update by visiting the [http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/plugincheck/ Plugins Check] page and update where necessary.

Video app blank display

I can not get the video app to display anything other than a blank screen.

Quit the videos app completely and restart the iPad. Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the task bar will appear with all of your recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button or anywhere above the task bar. Restart the iPad.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Or ....Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
Or ... Swipe to the right from your first home screen to get to the iPad Spotlight search. Type in the name of any of your movies in the field at the top. When the movie appears in the search - tap on it and hopefully it will start to play. Let it play for a minute or so - hit done - go back to videos app and see if all is OK.

TV shows not visible in videos app on iPhone

I have an iPhone 3gs with ios 5.1. I have downloaded tv shows direct from itunes to the phone. However they don't display in the video app. I plug my phone into my Imac and the tv shows are listed as being on my phone. If I change the catergoy of the tv shows using the option tab to music video- they appear on my phone instantly.
What am I doing wrong that they don't show as TV shows?

Downloaded movies on iPad are not showing in video app

I downloaded videos on my iPad straight from the iTunes Store. They show up a being downloaded, I see the status bar and time estimate, the video processes and then it disappears. When I click on the videos app there are no videos available for me to watch and it just redirects me to the iTunes Store.
Things I have tried:
Restarting my iPad
Closing out of iTunes and the video app via multitasking
Going into iTunes and clicking on purchased videos and downloading the video again
Checking if there are any restrictions placed on my device
I subscribe to iTunes Match and iCloud storage so I turned them on and off without any resolution
Any help or guidance would be much appreciated!

No Folder in Video App possible

There is no Possibility to create a Folder in the Video App. Although you cannot create lists to manage your Music and Videos. Wehen you choose a Music Video over the Music App you will just see a picture and no Video.
Is this a Bug?
