TS3276 how do i get my imac servers online? I can get mail but cannot send

I am having trouble sending mail since we moved and changed our internet service provider. Please tell me what to do to get them back online.

Start Mail.
Go to the menu Mail > Preferences...
Click on the "Accounts" tab.
To delete an account, highlight the account and press the '-' button (on the bottom) to remove it.
To add a new account, press the '+' button (on the bottom) to add it.
You will be prompted to setup the account. Use the account type and paramters as provided by your e-mail service provider. OS X does try to properly guess some of the settings, but you may need to make manual adjustments after you add the account. You can make those modifications in the Account Information and Advanced tabs (note that you cannot change the "type" of account -- e.g., you can't switch from POP e-mail to Exchange e-mail, you need to create a new account for that).
If there are any issues, you should contact your e-mail service provider.

    It doesn't seem to cover your specific issue, but have you tried using a different network (either a different wi-fi network, or switching from wi-fi to cellular or vice-versa if you have a wi-fi+cellular iPad)?
    For GMail, iCloud and Yahoo, copies of messages are stored on their respective servers, so you could try deleting the account on your iPad, then re-adding each account one at a time to see if that resolves the issue.

    Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
    Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts   Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

    Most ISPs block the use of SMTP servers that are outside of their network (or not provided by the ISP) on Port 25. Some ISPs allow the use of an authenticated server only (such as the .Mac SMTP server) that is outside of their network on Port 25 but some block its use regardless.
    Something to try.
    Go to Mail > Preferences > Accounts and under the Account Information tab for your .Mac account preferences at the SMTP server selection, select the Server Settings button below.
    Enter 587 in place of 25 in the Server Port field and when finished, select OK to save the changed setting.
    Test if this resolves the problem.
    If not and you are accessing an email account and SMTP server provided by your ISP with the Mail.app, select/use your ISP's SMTP server to send mail with your .Mac account which is invisible to all recipients.

    Yeah, as necronym stated, it is a hardware issue and more than likely a RAM problem. Disconnect everything from the computer except keyboard and mouse and try again. If it still happens try removing one and/or swapping your RAM sticks over. Keep trying until you have eliminated all possible combinations. Just put a mark on one RAM stick so you know what have tried. If it still fails to boot properly you should probably replace your RAM, but that is no guarantee of success.     Press your home button, then scroll the home screen all the way over to the right. I found all my purchased apps were moved to a different home screen. Might be a similar issue.. let us know what you found out!!

    You would make address lables with the Contacts app.
    If you don't have the user name and password used to set up the machine then you need to purchase the apps for yourself.

    The Apple solution is to register for and use separate Apple ID's on both devices and Apple software:
    Purchase FaceTime from the Apple Mac App store.  (US$0.99 for Version 1.1 last time I checked).
    The US iPad 2 already includes the FaceTime App.
    I've read that Skype also works with a Skype app for the iPad, but I have not tried it.
