TS3276 I cannot add contacts to the address book by clicking "add sender to address book."

In Apple Mail, OS 10.7.3, when I click on add sender to address book, nothing gets added. The address book doesn't change. When I try adding addresses via previous recipients, the button is active, but when I click, nothing is added to the address book. Any ideas for me?

Same thing happens to me. Running 10.9.2 on Macbook Air. Everything worked fine up until a few weeks ago then it stopped behaving.

  • Printer HP Envy 4500 Series cannot be contacted over the network

My wireless printing chooses when it wants to work, and right now it's really acting up. It is connected wirelessly, it is the default printer, but after troubleshooting it is telling me "Printer HP Envy 4500 Series cannot be contacted over the network." What can I do to get printing again?

    Hello featherfamily,
    Welcome to the HP Forums.
I see that you are having an issue with the printer not connecting with a wireless connection.
Please click on the following link that deals with when the 'Printer is offline' Message Displays on the Computer and the Printer Does Not Print: Windows 7.
Please make sure that you have the printer power cable connected directly to a wall outlet and not a power bar/strip. Here is a document that uses a LaserJet printer as an example but it is meant for HP products in general. Please click on the following link that explains the Issues when Connected to an Uninterruptible Power Supply/Power Strip/Surge Protector.
If the troubleshooting does not help resolve your issue, I would then suggest calling HP's Technical Support to see about further options for you. If you are calling within North America, the number is 1-800-474-6836 and for all other regions, click here: click here.

  • I cannot get contact with the cloud

I cannot get contact with the cloud. The icon on my desktop is black and the wheel is turning and turning and turning. What do i have to do?

Well the syncing part, I think is still not working, as talked about on these pages.

    http://blogs.adobe.com/creativecloud/major-update-to-adobe-creative-cloud-now-available/
But if the update portion or main window is not working, then you're probably gonna need to try some of the things suggested in the previous links I posted etc., or wait for someone else to come along and assist you with more information.

  • Finding my Add Contacts from the home page!

    OK, I give up.
    I'm new to this.
I just cannot fathom how to get to that screen shown in the tutorials, from the home page which appears when I sign in.
The screen I want is the one which actually lets you add contacts and make (Skype-to-Skype) calls.
If I can't get to it, Skype is useless.
Don't want to do anything flash. I just want to make Skype-to-Skype calls..!

I've downloaded that link. But when I log in, it still takes me to an "Account Homepage" which offers no facility for actually making calls.

    Hi,
Troubleshooting a start up script can be difficult. There are some third party programs that also keep logs of start up programs, however for Firefox this may be different.
Is Firefox a startup program? [http://www.winxptutor.com/msinfo32.htm]
Its also possible to check the Web developer tools for any scripts in a page: [https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools/Debugger]
In the control panel there is also Administrative tools to view event logs, but this may be something a local technician can walk you through.

Alexander, On my machine it works as follows in iTunes 11:
Enable column browser from the View menu.  In the Genres column of the browser, use CTRL-click (in the Mac I think that is Option-click but if it doesn't work, try CMD-click) to select the Genres you want.  Also activate Shuffle (crossed arrows, or via the Controls menu).  Start playing, and it will shuffle through the songs of the selected Genres.

  • Why can't we add programs to the list of right-click "open with" in Bridge?

I've followed various discussions and can find no official solution, nor any easy-to-follow solution for this issue.
What is the point of having bridge if we are unable to right click from bridge and open any image in any of the CC programs.
    Am I missing something here?
also, I was fairly convinced that I could do this the last time I used bridge, last week, and now I can't.
I have used the "update cloud" today.

What is the point of having bridge if we are unable to right click from bridge and open any image in any of the CC programs.
    Am I missing something here?
Maybe you can specify a bit more of your problem?
In basic, having a correct install automatically adds all CC applications to the list above the line and most of the non adobe applications under the line.
You can add a new default using Bridge Preferences File type associations and if this is not in the list at the bottom of the pop up menu is a browse button to search your disk.
But you simple can't open any image in any Adobe application because not all adobe CC apps support all file types or can't even view images.
The Open Width list also varies per file type. For instance a Raw or DNG file gives you only the CC - applications with a Raw converter and that narrows it down to PS.
A .mov file only provides After Effects and Premiere Pro etc etc.
And you have to option to place all kinds of files in ID, AI, Ps etc. using the right mouse click menu.
If your behavior differs then first start refreshing preferences as a start.

Roughly put, don't access Graphics object outside the
    paintComponent() method.
And, don't use Graphics object other than that is
passed as the argument of the
paintComponent() method for painting on the
    component.
If you want to draw on an Image object before
painting it on the component, use BufferedImage
and the Graphics object gotten from its method. After
that, use g.drawImage() method in the
    paintComponent() method.
Your grf variable is complete nonsense.
    Delete it.
Most importantly: learn Java GUI programming basics
    before anything else.
    See:
