Have you burned Discs with other programs using this computer? Are you certain that you have a drive that will burn discs?

Your initial post indicated that you had a CC subscription. That seems to imply that you have subscribed. If you hadn't already purchased Lightroom 6 I would suggest that you wait until you decide about CC. You really don't need both because the Lightroom program is precisely the same except for Lightroom 6 without the creative cloud has no Lightroom mobile capabilities. But I was only trying to help. -
I am trying to download and album off ITUNES but when I get to the billing site and attempt to purchase it, it gives me a message saying "Your Session has timed out." It gives me no other option that to try again and I just keep getting the same results. Anyone have any ideas on what I can do?

There are a couple things that I would recommend trying. Try closing all open applications and power cycle the device. Next, go through the section labeled Troubleshoot issues on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch in the second article below. If the issue persists, try completely signing out of the iTunes Store on the iOS device and sign back in. Be sure to test downloading an application after each step.

My mac air is re-starting several times during the day, anyone have any idea what I can do to fixed it?
I was having this problem while still using Mavericks -- it started after a Mavericks update last spring. During the initial Yosemite beta runs over the summer, it seemed to be fixed, but after the official launch in October, I had all sorts of problems keeping connected. Its gotten a little better, but still happens to at least one of my devices every day. Weird that we still cannot figure out why the connection keeps dropping on some devices, but not others, and then the next day, one of the devices that didn't disconnect the previous day will disconnect, but the ones that did disconnect, stay connected. It's just sloppy, poorly written software for technology that isn't working the way it should. If you turn off Continuity and Handoff on all your devices, you will probably see that everything stays connected. With those turned off on all devices, TC stayed connected to everything for over a month. The day I turned Continuity back on, all the problems started again. It had something to do with the bluetooth version being used, the wifi routine, and Apple's AirPlay technology not quite getting along with each other.

The two places I knew about have sold out. (fwiw - these were new retail, not upgrade). Your best bet may be finding someone on craigslist or ebay who is switching to Avid or Premiere and getting rid of the FCS suite. Buyer beware and all that.

I have reloaded the software from the original disk and have downloaded the latest update and still get the same error.Did you delete all receipts with iDVD in the file name with either a .PKG or .BOM extension that reside in the HD/Library/Receipts folder and from the /var/db/receipts/ folder before installing the new copy? If not then do so and delete the new application also.

I've purchased an album through the itunes store and every track plays except one which continually asks me to authorise my computer. I've tried all the steps suggested above but still no joy. Anyone have any ideas what i can do next? Thanks Paul
Sounds like you have a "damaged track" or "damaged file".
This worked for me today downloading Kendrick Lamar's new Album "good kid, m.A.A.d city".
My situation: I bought the album today for my Mac, MacBook Pro, iPad 2, and iPhone 4S devices.
Issue: One song (only on my MacBook Pro) would not play, instead display "
EX: left"
Solution: 1. Manually delete the song (giving you the error) permantly from the authorized computer.
2. Open iTunes, Click iTunes Store (left sidebar), and locate Quick Links and then click Purchased to proceed.
3. Click "Not On This Computer", find the song that wouldn't play, and re-download it again.
4. Check your Music Library for your song (Should download inside the associated album) and hit play.
EX: (Song I purchased that wouldn't play because of authorization, playing)

Settings >> Mail, Contacts. Calendars >> Organise by Thread. Switch to OFF to see every individual email in the Inbox.

Does anyone have any idea how to downgrade from Yosemite back to Mavericks?
I do not have time machine, and I feel like erasing the HD is too risky. Has erasing the HD worked for anyone? Any suggestions would be great. I really dislike the look of Yosemite, so if I could get it back to Mavericks it would be great.
Before embarking on this system downgrade, it would be wise, advisable and very prudent if you backup your current system to an external connected and Mac formatted Flash drive OR externally connected USB, Thunderbolt or FireWire 800, Mac formatted hard drive. Then, use either OS X Time Machine app to backup your entire system to the external drive OR purchase, install and use a data cloning app, like CarbonCopyCloner or SuperDuper, to make an exact and bootable copy (clone) of your entire Mac's internal hard drive. This step is really needed in case something goes wrong with the install of the new OS or you simply do not like the new OS, you have a very easy way/procedure to return your Mac to its former working state.
If you had done any type of prior backup, your time to downgrade back to OS X 10.9 Mavericks would have taken minutes instead of hours or days. -
Not exactly all websites but many seem to be defaulting to their Mobile versions when using my Macbook Air... this is not dependent on browser type (Safare, chrome and firefox have been tried)... this is a new problem and may have started after the Mavericks update (although I am not 100% sure about the timing).

Basically, I updated my iPod and everything had been deleted and I can't get my photos back. Before i updated it I backed my iPod and still nothing has worked. Can someone please help me as some of the photos were very important to me

Could be the charger, cable or iPad. Plug the USB cable into your computer. It may say "Not Charging", however, it is charging slowly and will verify that the cable is good. If your computer/iTunes does not recognize the iPad, then the cable is probably bad.
Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. Anyone have any idea why I can't install Snow Leopard on an MC309LL/A? EMC 2428
I keep getting a panic every time I insert my Snow Leopard disc. Running a college here, need to have all hardware on the same OS. Would rather downgrade our (5) MC309LL/A.. instead of upgrading our (150) others to Lion. Also - we don't have Lion Server, so we can't deploy a Lion image (easily) anyway. Thoughts?
Which Snow Leopard disc? That model came with 10.6.6 and requires that version or higher to boot. Also, this is the original disc that came with those machines, or a retail version, not one that came with another model?
