TS3297 11.0.3 cant connect to any server

Question

Updated to 11.0.3, now i cant check for updates of any kind, cannot connect to any radio stations, cant even get a list of radio stations anymore. I've gone throught the various checks, ie. firewall, dns.
Every single other thing internet related on my computer works perfectly fine...

So i ran the iTunes diagnostic and this is what it spewed out:

Now take note it believes iTunes is not enabled in the windows firewall, which i can tell you 110% guaranteed it is.
Even so, i disabled window firewall all together, the result was exactly as above except it registered windows firewall as off.
So i'm out of ideas, and there doesnt seem to be any other threads with any usefull info.
