TS3297 42110 error when downloading a rented movie?

I have now tried 4 different times to download a movie for rent on itunes.. and every time I try, right when it finishes downloading, an error message pops up saying "error: 42110".. How do I fix this? And will itunes reiburse me for having payed 4 different times for one movie that never even downloaded?

Perhaps try the "Error 3001," "-42110," or "5103" section in the Specific Conditions and Alert Messages: (Mac OS X / Windows) section of the following document:

The first thing to check would be your internet download speed, you can do this at www.speedtest.net.
1080p HD movies require a recommended speed of 8 Mbps, 720p HD movies require a recommended speed of 6 Mbps, while SD movies require a recommended speed of 2.5 Mbps.
Netflix uses adaptive streaming and can reduce quality right down to produce a stream as low as 0.5 Mbps.
