TS3297 Cant get my credit card to go through keeps saying contact iTunes support
I can not use iTunes or App Store it says need to add credit card i have added my credit card and it won't take it so now i cant download anything i know my credit card is good and i use to have the same card on it

If it's a credit card then is it registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, it was issued by a bank in your country and you are currently in that country ? If it is then you could check with the card issuer to see if it's them that are declining it, and if not then try contacting iTunes support and see if they know why it's being declined : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management

I am unable to purchase games. I have been purchasing games since last year. Now I get an error update payment info when I do that it says contact iTunes support. Just so you know, you can redeem iTunes cards without having to remove your credit card. If you want to remove the card, though, try redeeming the iTunes card and then go into your account information and see if the "none" option then appears in the Payment Method section. If not, go here:

and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store.
