TS3297 How can I update payment info?

I am trying to purchase a tv series pass using new Apple tv and tv monitor. It is requesting that I put payment info into my "Computer" which has already been done and in use for quite awhile and on a ,onthly basis. I don't understand how to do this. OK on computer. OK on ipad. Apple tv- not so much!  Directions???

On your iPad tap Settings > iTunes & App Store then tap your Apple ID then tap View Apple ID then tap Payment Information.
Select your payment type then tap Done.
Now restart your iPhone.

    On your computer's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should be a payment link.  If you are doing it on your iPad then you could try tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores if it's on iOS 6) and selecting 'View Apple ID' on the popup, and on your account screen there should be a payment link.

    I'm having the same problem with no luck.
    They bill me 3 times from abril to June but since July I receive an email said that the can't charge my credit card, I check my statement and there is no trouble, enough credit is available to make my payment. Trying to update the credit card information to see if the recurring payment resume with no luck at all and receiving the same message

    I was just recommended by @SkypeSupport to reach out since I've had a blocked account for years. I'm pretty frustrated since I've reached out to your customer service countless times and have always been looped back to a dead end.I launched my account back when I lived in Belgium with a card I have no idea anymore what the digits were ... since 2008 I'm in Miami and simply want to add my new card info but I cant do that without providing the card I last used. I do not have this info and therefore have never been allowed to add a new card. I dont understand if I want to pay for your services how there can't be a solution?

    It would be best for you to open iTunes, sign in and view your account. If all the purchases were paid already instead of entering your new card information, it will give you an option for "NONE" as a payment method. Again this is not applicable of you have a pending charges with iTUnes

    What do you mean by 'refusing from the system', if you are getting an error message then what does it say ?
    For a credit card to have a chance of being accepted it needs to be registered to the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and have been issued by a bank in the country where you and your iTunes account are. If it is and if you are getting a 'declined' message then you could check with the card issuer to see if it's them that are declining it, and if not then try contacting iTunes Support (these are user-to-user forums) and see if they know why it's being declined : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
    If when trying to download you are getting a message about a 'problem with a previous purchase' then that implies that iTunes wasn't able to collect the money for your last purchase. If that is the case then you won't be able to download anything else (including app updates) until you've paid off what you owe : Pay an unpaid balance in the iTunes Store - Apple Support
    If you aren't getting the 'problem with a previous purchase' message then try logging into your account (not when trying to download something) and see if you get the 'none' option so that you can remove the card's details and be able to download updates to your apps : Change or remove your payment information from your iTunes Store account (Apple ID) - Apple Support

    I suspect you have the original, 1G iPod touch. Those can only go as high as iOS 3.1.3,
    If y ohave a 2G those can go as high as 4.2.1

    No this was absolutely of no help what so ever!!!!1I have had this issue before and it was also a nightmare. I don't understand why you have to go thru so much pain until you can talk to a real person. I don't have 48 hours. I use this app to make money. I can't update it, so I can't use it, all because I can't update my info, which is clearly on the Apple side. Not my bank (like they first want to say), not me, I know who I am, but it must be something on apple's side. And to wait 48 hours for an email response to tragic .     the admin user and password,server info , port and ldap_base for admin.
    I have uid and password for regular user, I am trying find the ldap_base for regular user, which may be different from adminuser.
