I got a receipt No. xxxxxxxx For a Hulus thing I did not purchase. I only activated the free trial on my Apple TV and did not even liked it!!!
They have not charged me 2 times!!!!!!!.. How do I delete this and get my money back???

I have two seperate itunes accounts on two seperate devices and i can not make an itunes purchase on either one. When signing into the account it ask for the answer to security questions. I have NEVER answered a security question for these accounts. Each time it is a different set of questions. This has only happend since the original devices have been replaced/upgraded. How do I fix this? There is money in each account and both have recieved itunes giftcards for christmas that they are unable to use!

I have received charges on my credit card from ITunes for amounts that I have not made. There are 6 different purches on 3 different days. One day the two amounts were 20.95 and 20.96. The previous day the amounts were both 109.99. The day before that they were 139.99 and 99.99. I have tried to contact ITunes, but no answer. The statement on my credit card says APL*APPLE ITUNES STOR 866-712-7753 CA. I did not make any of these purchases, did not receive an e-mail about what was even bought on these days. I have had the same problem with a credit card that I have never used at Apple. The amount was $21.23 and was described "MC Authorization 00112507 APL*APPLEITUNES STORE 2010-04-07 12.31.59" Apple's email help desk couldn't help me because the card isn't one of my stored cards. I was told to contact my bank.
It seems to me that somewhere in AppleLand there is a record of the charge which is still pending. I don't want to go through the hassle of changing cards.

Hey guys, First time posting here so forgive me if i'm in the wrong place.
Anyways I'll get to it, Basically I just logged onto my Online Banking account which my ITunes Account is also linked too and I just noticed I had been billed for $41.71 on the 19th September.

I am very certain that I did not make this purchase, I logged onto my ITunes account and checked my order history from the last 18 months and there is nothing there. I'm also confused because my ITunes account is actually linked to the Australian Store and the description says USA..
I made a support ticket to Apple, Just wondering if you guys could give me some tips or help within the meantime.

I need to speak to a person. My bank card has been charged over $500 in fees from Itunes that I did not make. I spoke to someone in India on 7/22 gave them permission to take over my computer and that is what he said.

I need to speak to a person on the phone. I talke to someone in India on 7/22 I have him total control of my computer he went into my bank account and could see all the charges. His name was Amhit something, he said there was over $500 in charges that I did not make since over a year this has been happening. I tried before to address this with apple but I never get a person and the amounts are always small and then on 7/22 I got a larger charge so I called and somehow got Amhit. Amhit changed my apple password to he could get into my account but I didn't know what it was and I have not been able to do anything in itunes since 7/22 but yet today 8/1 there is a $6.39 charge on my bank card. Hello, I'm showing over 200 dollars of charges I did not make. In fact, my computer was being shipped back to me for school since the 17 of Feb. When I got it all up and running I open my email to see multiple charges of music on the 1st of March that I did not purchase. I consider myself a safe surfer and always keep windows and firefox updated, I also run noscript. I ran various anti trojan programs and spybot s&d in safemode and came up clean. I was in a rush to get to class so I was unable to call apple today before they closed.
What is apple's policy on something like this where multiple purchases were made on someone's account without them knowing about it? I plan on calling them in the morning but I would like some input on if this has happened to anyone else and what they did to rectify the situation.

Remove your CC info from your iTunes account, change your password and immediately notify your credit card company and dispute the charges.

Same as any other retailer with bogus charges. Your credit card company authorized the charges so it's up to you to dispute the charges with the credit card company and your CC company to contact Apple.
I plan on calling them in the morning
Don't waste your time. They will tell you to notify your CC company as would any other retailer.
