i receive the message contact itunes support to complete purchase, i already rang up and they passed the case onto some experts that deal with this and they said that i would receive an emal within 72 hours wait as i got told thats the only way these people deal with it but i have waited 2 days already and heard nothing how can i resolve this problem? i have enough money in my bank and everything so why is this a problem i bought two in app items £2.99 each and they were purchased perfectly fine but i have tried doing the same with the same in app item 6 times but same message.

I have been getting the same message as well on any transactions I have tried to place. I attempted to contact iTunes support, but was only allowed to leave an email regarding this problem. I will keep you posted if I hear anything.

why do i keep getting the message "Please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction."? Oh, and I would love to contact support but they are never open for business when this happens to me so I was hoping someone knew what the heck was going on. I love my ipad and hate that I can't get the in app purchases that I need in order to advance to the next level to buy if I don't want to start the whole game again!! Please help. Let me know what you did to bypass this or get an itunes associate on the phone or what ever so I can solve this NOW!?
