It's probably asking you to verify the security code found on the back of your credit card.

That's not a good sign if it said it was going to send it to an email address you've never heard of. Contact iTunes Support and let them know this: http://apple.com/support/itunes/contact/

The tracks labeled "karaoke" in the iTunes Store are only instrumental backing tracks; they are not actual karaoke tracks. They do not have lyrics, and cannot be burned to the usual CD+G format that a karaoke machine will accept.

Click here and search the article for '2 out of 3' without the quotes; in the case of forgotten answers, this generally involves either a message being sent to your rescue email address or contacting the iTunes Store staff directly.

This problem only surfaced a couple of months ago. Audiobook files which used to play fine suddenly startted to cut out after a few minutes (playing according to the countdown but silent).
I tried restoring, resetting, etc but nothing worked. THen I deleted some and redownloaded. BIG MISTAKE. iTunes tried to bill me for these again!! I have been in dispute for week about this and they have finally promised to refund this as it is a 'special' case, but there are still book that are cutting out!!!
This is frustrating and there seems to be no way of sorting it out. The files play perfrctly through iTUnes from my PC but each time a update, the same problem occurs.

What I've did is I turned off iTunes Match on my iPhone, then turned in on again. Now in my iTunes library on my mac I can get the duplicates to be matched or uploaded to iCloud with a right-click, add to iCloud. iTunes Match starts to check the songs and everything is done correctly. Pretty nice! -

That is normal for purchasing apps for a device not previously associated with your Apple ID.

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you should see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you won't get the reset option - you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get them reset.
e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then 'Forgotten Apple ID security questions'
or try ringing Apple in your country and ask to talk to the Accounts Security Team : http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57
When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down this page to add a rescue email address for potential future use : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312 . My Apple ID asks for answers to security questions which I never input. I have searched how to reset my security questions and have found that the option below where your answers are to be input to reset questions does not exist on my iPhone 5c
You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions. To do this, click here and pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submit this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

I recieved an ipod 5 for a early christmas present a day ago, I already owned an ipod 4 so i just used my info from that ipod as a back up for my 5g. but now when i try to download music from itunes it says i must use my security questions (which i made over a year ago) I can't remember the answers and i can't get on the email that it sends the reset info to. i don't know what to do and its really frustrating. please help ASAP!
You need to contact Apple to get the questions reset. Click here, phone them, and ask for the Account Security team, or fill out and submit this form.
Whichever method you use, you probably won't get a response until the 26th. If you absolutely must make a purchase before then, create a new Apple ID; you won't be able to transfer previous purchases or iTunes Store credit to it.

In most cars with built-in BT hands-free systems it is the car's system that does the speech to text conversion and lookup, not the phone's. so there's nothing that can be done in an iPhone forum to help you. Try the customer support site for the car. You can tell it's the car system if the contact list is downloaded to the car and displayed on the car's screen (if it has one). -

Go to appleid.apple.com, click on the blue button that says 'Manage Your Apple ID'.
