TS3297 I recently purchased music form i tunes; the music downloaded to my computer into a file. I am unable to put this music into my media player on my computer. if I purchased this music why is it not mine?
I am unable to move file out of i tune to media player list, what must i do?
Are you using a Mac (as indicated in your profile information) or Windows (as in the forum in which you posted this)?
iTunes is a media player. What other media player are you trying to use? Nothing is stopping you from moving it unless you have unusual special settings on your computer or the player you are trying to use cannot play the file format (AAC) in which all iTunes music is supplied.

I am new to FCP. I have a canon 60d camera and purchased fcpX. I was recommended to download mgep streamline and convert my files to prores422. I do not have an option for prores 422 in my download. How can I fix the problem.Please help. There was another suggestion by vimeo.com to use applexdcam ex 1080p30. I do not have that either in my mpeg download.

I recently purchased a movie and let the movie download onto my Air. Then I went to watch it, and now iTunes has no remeberence of my purchase? It took the money out of my gift card also...
Sign in and out of Itunes and check your purchases, or if you merely rented it.
verify you used same account on purchase as you did to watch it.

I bought an album that also came with music videos. All the songs downloaded properly, but none of the videos. Next to them it said Stopped-Error 3150, I tried to restart the downloads and now most just say Stopped, some say Stopped-Error 8003, which means Network issues, but after checking, I found there are no issues with my network. Help?
I am having this same problem with my brand new Mac Pro. It seems to be tied to the computer awaking from sleep (no I am not leaving the iPod connected while sleep... I am referring to waking the computer from sleep and then connecting iPod as opposed to restarting the computer and then connecting the iPod). In other words, if you are getting this error message, try ejecting the iPod, restart your computer, then connect the iPod and see if the error message goes away. For me it does, but I only get one shot at it, if I eject the iPod and then reconnect it, the error message returns. This happens on both iPods I have. I have rebooted (hold menu-select) and gone to disc mode (hold select-play) and the error message remains. The only way it goes away is to reboot the computer, then I get one shot at hooking up an iPod.
I NEVER had nor get this error message when I connect to the Windows PC that I started with. Perhaps the iPod does not like moving from PC to Mac? -

Your receipt for all apps, free or otherwise, will say "purchased". The Starbucks app is free. In the app store itself, the apps will clearly state their cost or "Free".

Using Azul media player app on my ipad Apple tv will only display sound but not video from movies. Any ideas on a fix. I set mirroring to on but it still does not display video. It will display photos and video recorded from my iphone.
Here are the steps for AirPlay:
Before starting Azul from your (running iOS 5.x/6.x) home screen where have have all your apps we need to turn on mirroring
On your iPhone 4S/5 or iPad 2 or 3, double-click the Home Button to view your recently-used apps.
Swipe all the way to the right to until you see the icon.
Note: If the icon does not appear, go to the "If AirPlay Mirroring is not visible or available on your mobile iOS device" section.
Tap the icon to see the list of available AirPlay devices.
Enable AirPlay Mirroring in this menu by tapping on an available Apple TV, then sliding the Mirroring slider to ON.
Now you should be seeing your iPad/iPhone on your TV.
Start up Azul now and using the settings icon on the top right corner go to the option that say "TV out" ON.
When you do that you will see an Orange screen
Now click "Done" and play the video you want to watch and it will AirPlay -

Purchased songs form I tunes is not sycing with my computer. showing up as "track 14 " etc

I frequently purchase/download music from I-Tunes and things have always run seamlessly, i.e. transferring the purchased songs into whatever playlists I want, or creating a new playlist and transferring songs from "purchased". Then the next sync between Ipod and pc picks up all the new additions. But not this time? So weird. I've changed nothing. So I don't know what I'm supposed to change (correct?) in order to get my new purchases onto the Ipod. Any further suggestions? I checked the link you gave me ... could see nothing more I could do. I have a Sansa mp3 which I used Windows media player to download music to. Family made the move to Apple. Now need to move mp3 music to itunes on Mac. Can not find way to do this. MP3 device does not show up when connected to Mac by USB. Please help!
In the iTunes folder there should be a folder saying "Import to iTunes". It is either in Music/Itunes or Music/Itunes/Media. Put the music you want on your iPod in this folder, start iTunes, and sync.

I have recently updated my CC programs to the latest version (CC2014) and now all of my files wont open by default into their respective programs, only if I open the program and go to file>open and open the file from there. How can I fix this?
I have tried 'Open with' and the version of the program now installed on my computer isn't even suggested as an option and when I browse for it, the file wont open with it anywayOn Windows (don't know about Mac), the latest version will always take over the file association, and become the default for indd files. It's impossible to change it.
But there is a plugin for ID that makes this possible. Never tried it myself.

Why are my .avi files extracted using PE3 only playing audio when using Windows Media Player?
I extracted a lot of my old movies using PE3 that came from my 8MM camera. They played fine on XP.
I now have Windows7 64 bit and when I play them in Windows Media Player, they only play the sound.
I'm guessing that this is a codec issue.
Should I re-extract them using a different product that uses a more standard codec?

How did you digitize the video from your 8mm camcorder? Many devices capture as AVIs, but do so while using codecs that aren't universally playable. Also, do make sure you've got the latest version of Quicktime on your new computer. It can add some important video functionality to your computer.
You say you used Premiere Elements to "extract" your movie. How did you do this? Did you use a device like the ADS Pyro AV Link or Grass Valley Canopus AVDC?
Finally, are you trying to play the raw files or did you create a project with them in Premiere Elements and then Export/Share your video? And, if the latter, which output settings did you choose?
Meantime, try downloading VLC Player to your new computer and see if it can play the files. It is a much better player than Windows Media Player (or Quicktime Player, for that matter). And let us know yoru results.
