TS3297 I rented two movies they took ages to download and didn't complete expiry date over pics deleted from my movie section but both still in downloads and apps I have downloaded all in waiting. How do I stop my iPad from trying to download these pics
I rented two movies. They didn't download fully but I had started watching one. Movie now expired but continually downloading Have deleted other movie but still appears as a download waiting. How do I get totally rid of the movies and top iPad attempts to download tem?.....

One of my apps is called Shelf Wallpaper and in these wallpapers there are Icon wallpapers and it says VIP Only on them so when i press save on a wallpaper i like in this section it says: Please upgrade through in app purchase to view and save all vip Pictures and then a button comes with Upgrade or cancel on it so naturally i press upgrade but nothing happens.How do i get to download these wallpapers.?
Well I figured out my problem lol
Email a- original apple id email
Email b- original gamecenter id
Email c- the new gamecenter id
Email d- the temporary email for switching stuff
So originally I had Email a for apple id and icloud, and Email b for gamecenter. I wanted my gamecenter and apple id to be the same. Well today I went on my moms phone and saw that I was still on family sharing under Email d. That's when it hit me, your gamecenter, apple id, and icloud are the same account. By switching my gamecenter id to Email a, I turned that into my new apple id. Now my apple id is back to normal, and my gamecenter is Email c (I don't use Email b anymore so that's why I wanted to switch it).
Basically, my problem was being stupid enough not to think that your gamecenter was connected to your apple id. My problem came from switching my gamecenter email. So that's how to avoid this, don't be an idiot and think your gamecenter is a whole different account. For anyone who ever has this problem, that's why it happened haha. -
When i check my email on my iphone 4 it does not show as being read on my outlook 2010. I have had my phone reset per apples request but still no good. I have checked all push setting but it all looks normal. This is driving me nuts. Any ideas? This is an exchange email account.
If a phone is sold from one friend to another and wants to use it on a different carrier the friend can contact the carrier it was sold by to request it unlocked. I know AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint will give you the steps to unlock it as long as the original contract it was bought under has been completed. eBay/Craigslist is really not the best place to try to get "unlocked phones" from, if it turns out the phone isn't unlocked then I'm really sorry you got stuck with that one and as stevejobsfan said above I would report them immediately and see if you can recover your money. Reset my phone and now I have lost all my contacts.How can i retrieve them?
I was having trouble syvcing my phone with the computer and 1 of the prompts was reset the phone and be able to retrieve my data later.
Unfortunatley i'm having some trouble doing that.

If they have the same Apple ID, that is why it is happening. If the phone is using the phone number, remove the Apple ID from the Send & Receive section on the phone. That way it is only using the phone number. Then check the iPod and you can remove the phone number from that list of Send & Receive as well, so it is only using the Apple ID.

I have rented two movies on my laptop and they will not completely download..it shows that they are theere but when i try to watch them on my laptop or my ipad it wont open up???? help
Welcome to the Apple community.
A number of people have reported similar issues recently, many appear to have found a discrepancy of some kind in their account settings and making changes to these settings or simply resetting them has resolved the matter.
Check your account details are correct, check that you are using the correct details for Location, Region and Time Zone. You may want to change these settings and then change them back to see if that helps.
You might also try logging out of and then back into your iTunes account (Settings > iTunes Store > Apple ID’s > Sign Out) and restarting your router. (Some have reported that after doing this, they need to check for rentals even though it may report that there aren’t any, after which rentals once again appear in the ‘movies’ feature)
Rentals should appear under their own heading in the ‘Movies’ feature, you might also check at Settings > iTunes Store > Check For Rentals. -
I have just rented two movies and after download they are not visible anywhere for me to view. Usually in the iTunes menu there is an option call 'rentals' where rented movies sit until they expire, this is no longer visible. The movie files are listed in the finder under music/movies.... With the rest of my iTunes data, but they will not play in iTunes from there and I can't add them to my library for watching.
The only thing I am currently doing differently is that I have just subscribed to iTunes Match; would this affect my rentals?Hi Cmcb,
Under your Library list, you should see "Movies". Click on that, and you will see a screen with several tabs at the top - Rentals, Unwatched, Movies, Genres, Home Videos, etc.
As Hackintosh indicated above, click on the Rentals tab, and your movies will be displayed there. Doulbe click on one to start playing it.
If you do not have your sidebar showing, go up to View at the top, and click on Show Sidebar. Then you will see your Library lists on the sidebar, which will include Movies.

Supposedly OSX Mavericks downloaded. I saw it downloading in launchpad. I left and came back and I guess it was all finished. How do I make sure it downloaded. I can't see any difference. Also, I have a notice that I should upgrade Mac EFI Firmware 2.1. And I got a notice that my ILibrary has changed locations. I don't have an ILibrary.
Look in your Applications folder for Install Mac OS X Mavericks file.
Better be sure you straighten out those peculiarities on your system before you upgrade to Mavericks or you will likely find yourself with a botched system. Be sure to perform the EFI update before upgrading, too. Put all normal OS X applications and files where they belong. Otherwise, erase the drive first. (after the EFI update.) -

Yes.
On their iOS devices, under Settings>iTunes & App Store, they should use your Apple ID. When they log into iCloud, iMessage and Facetime, they should use their personal Apple IDs. -
how do i get my photos to stream to my iPad in the events that were oringally created. Right now they are streaming as photos and are not grouped at all. I would like to get them back into the events that were originally created

My original I Phone 5 was running IOS 6.12
My I phone 5S currently runs IOS 8..When I upgraded it, it had IOS 7 on it which made the I Photo app compatible with everything below IOS 8...( which the photo app is not compatible with ) so I just connected the I Phone 5S to my computer and thinking the new phone had IOS 7 on it that these was nothing to worry about..I thought all 900 + pictures in the photo stream would transfer but somewhere in the process, I Tunes decides to just go and install IOS 8 which requires that you run a " Photo Migration App" to transfer photos from IOS 7 & below. The problem was is that I didn't want IOS 8 on my new 5S so I thought I wouldn't have to do that part..
Anyway the phone emerged with IOS 8 on it and the only photos that remained were the ones that were actually on the phone..The 900 + I had in the stream didn't transfer because the Photos that works on IOS 7 and below isn't compatible with IOS 8..I guess you have to use the photo migration app that comes with IOS 8 & I phone 6..But I didn't ask to upgrade to IOS 8...It just did it on it's own!
I still have the I Phone 5 Back up that I did just before giving it back to Verizon but if I try to restore the I Phone 5S running IOS 8 those photos in the stream will not go back on the phone because IOS 8 isn't compatible with the I Photos" that ran on IOS 7 and below..
So I have an I Pad mini that runs IOS 7..should I try and erase it...and put that I Phone 5 backup on it and pray the photos that were in the stream come back on it so I can transfer them back to my computer...then erase the I pad mini again and restore it using it's original backup that I have on the computer and the in the cloud?

I want my clients to have a receipt of the services that they have paid for, can anyone HELP ME PLEASE?Well...I went to the modem (Westell, WireSpeed), found the NAT settings, once again, I'm WAY over my head, I am assuming this is a TCP connection (as opposed to a UDP) and per Lorex my mobile devices will use port 1025. So I gave it a "global port range" of 1-10 and I indicated that the "base host port" was 80, 1025, & 9000 (ports 1,2,3). When I selected the 'enable' it asked for a "host devise" my choices are my IPhone, IMac and the IP address for the dvr, so I choose the dvr. I still cannot connect and canyouseeme still can NOT find these open ports. This is taking up my whole day! I don't know how people figure this stuff out.

Can I swap hard drives? T410i to T420?
